@Amristo1 I use a 2ltr plastic ice cream container that I have cut a hole in the bottom of so that it is a snug fit over my cock head. I pour in the sea lice with the clean salt water out of their storage jar and let them begin to feed. The feeding tends to become more aggressive as more join the feeding frenzy. I leave them feeding for up to an hour depending on how well they feed. Blood loss isn't that much, nowhere near as much as a piercing or cutting the glans would produce.

@robberto thanks for your interest, yes I have a cautery pen, I will video it being used but it is quite vicious and more painful. the needle tip on the dermal pen allows the tip to go deeper into the pee hole and burn the inside. it feels great.

@furryfurryone We don't get many of them and patience is needed to get them feeding but it's worth the wait when they do. will try to get the next one to feed deeper into the pee hole.

@furryfurryone I find I get quite a rush when I do this, the feeling is great, takes 2 or 3 days to heal. I like to do this every 2 to three weeks. will make another video soon. always looking for exciting variations and welcome suggestions.

@Tmessntyr Thanks for your interest, the indentation is the result of burning by sparks from the angle grinder. The BSF readily ate out the cooked flesh leaving the indentation which healed over quite quickly.

I top up with a little more fresh sea water. With the cold seawater on my cock head it tends to partially numb it. Initially the crab was very shy but after 20-30 mins he became curios and approached the cock head, prodding it with his claw. After a few minutes he began biting the cock head.
