ruralman2019 wrote a comment 01 Apr 2025@robberto thanks for your interest, yes I have a cautery pen, I will video it being used but it is quite vicious and more painful. the needle tip on the dermal pen allows the tip to go deeper into the pee hole and burn the inside. it feels great.
