Stealing whose money? This is a filehost, not a lottery. As said ad nauseum in this thread, it's all in the TOU. Just like any website onto which material can be uploaded, the site reserves the right to delete content with or without prior notice to you. Just like with any website, you are bound to our Terms Of Use every time you use the site. I'm sorry but just because you don't understand the contents within it does NOT make you exempt from it.

You CAN however ask for help understanding a certain terms.

As an addendum, most of the content that gets uploaded onto this site has been taken from elsewhere. That's the nature of the internet, really. However when the legal owner of whatever material may exist on our servers demands the site take it down, it is taken down immediately. You mentioned being sued? Yeah, that happens. Because the DMCA is real, and deletions based on it are real.

Asking if there are any sites LIKE this one proves you still have an attachment to it. Come on, don't deny it.

The DMCA might not mean a thing to you, but to us it's part of the holy commandments of running a website to which we MUST abide...lest we face a shutdown or court order for something more serious. So yes, not everything deleted is illegal, but everything deleted is deleted for a valid reason.

Sorry Nialas but that's just not true. I go out of my way to either PM or tell the room that jb content is not allowed. Not from there, not from any site with a jb subsection. Any regular of that chat room can tell you that I always give warnings. You posted a link to a banned site, and unfortunately action had to be taken.

And once again, as it says on my profile, if you ever have a question about being banned you can send it to me. If it turns out you should not have been banned for that I have the ability to unban you. Hence my investigation into the OP's claim.

Definition of: browser cache

Pronounced "browser cash." A temporary storage area in memory or on disk that holds the most recently downloaded Web pages. As you jump from Web page to Web page, caching those pages in memory lets you quickly go back to a page without having to download it from the Web again. All we ask is that you UNDERSTAND that. We know you don't like it. But if you can at least understand that, and adjust accordingly—adapt—you can still enjoy yourself here.

We don't produce content. From its inception this site has been about hosting content that other sites were too afraid to. Porn is not our sole focus. We welcome content of any kind, AS LONG AS IT IS LEGAL TO HOST IT. Laws change. When the legality of certain content ceases, WE WILL DELETE AND BAN ITS CONTENT FROM OUR SERVERS at our discretion. It's up to you to make this place what you want it to be. Upload the kind of content you'd like to see more of. Make friends and share, build groups. Community figures heavily into this site, and you'll enjoy it more if you take in its social aspects.

Don't blame us for the content of the site. It says right on the front page that everything contained herein is 100% user generated. If you have a problem with what you find, blame your fellow member.
