I won't call you a liar when it comes to pictures where the subject is holding up a sign where they claim to be a certain age. But whenever I come across them, I have them deleted. Should you encounter such material, and have reported it to no avail, send me a direct message on the site and I'll have it dealt with.

As for the subject of media depicting persons being 18 or over but looking under...the content admins may delete such uploads at their discretion, with or without prior notice to you. Any website onto which you can upload material will have this in their terms, and you agree to them whenever you access that site for the duration of your visit. I'm truly sorry if it seems unfair to you, but this is how we've managed to stay online for over 5 years.

While I'll not divulge any proceedings this site may currently be undergoing I can tell you that we have faced this before...so don't presume to tell us what our experiences are in regard to the DMCA or entities pursuing litigation in response to us hosting material they retain ownership to.

I am VERY sorry about that. I meant to move it to the soapbox and accidentally clicked delete, which is right above the move selector.

BOOM HEADSHOT!

The photo accompanying the OP is a still from camera footage of a California law student who was the victim of a professional hit. The one behind him took out a silver pistol, shot him in the back of the head, and dove into a car which then sped off.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_censorship_in_the_United_Kingdom

Go down to where it says "Extreme Pornography" and you'll see why you have to endure this. Though we don't produce or endorse anything uploaded to the site we nonetheless allow it to stay if legal to host on our servers. But since many upload what the High Court deem to be too extreme for YOU to see, they just decided to say fuck it and throw sites through which it can be accessed onto a blacklist and be done with it.

We can't do anything about this. You have to protest and make noise in your home country and fight for your rights.

FYI, there are no minors allowed on this site. The mod's message should have read "soliciting for minors".

It is in fact OK to have another account. I was not clear on the rule until now, and apologize for the confusion and frustration this might have caused you in the chat.

When you find something you suspect is illegal content PLEASE REPORT IT TO A SITE ADMIN. Posting it on the boards only ensures a wider audience. I've set the file away from public view until a content admin can delete it. Next time please report it instead.

But thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Or you could just...you know...DEAL WITH IT.

Even admin uploads get rejected/deleted. We're no better than you. Except we don't get butthurt beyond consolation and complain when material we didn't even create gets taken out of our sacred upload gallery...

If the aforementioned pics violated the site TOU—Terms Of Use—the content admins have the right to delete them for whatever reason with or without prior notice. If, however, your uploads were deleted because of a DMCA-related takedown notice you will usually get a notification. I've checked your account and you have no such notifications.

It always sucks to have uploads deleted, but you must expect such a thing what with the current nature of the internet and the now-ubiquitous DMCA. We welcome any new uploads you wish to share as long as they aren't the same uploads that were recently deleted.

Great photos. Favorited. This is the wrong place for such a post however, and will be moved to "Chicks" shortly.

While the act depicted might be despicable, hosting images/video of it is not illegal. Pornographic material depicting animals has recently been declared illegal however, and thus we can't host it. This site will host anything that is currently legal to host, thus the upload will remain. It is within your right as a member to vent your frustration about it of course but the upload will, as per our current rules and Terms Of Use, remain. I'm sorry.

Blame the UK ISP Cox Communications, not us. The UK has many sites on a certain blacklist and will allocate only a small pool of proxy IPs with which their customers can visit said sites. But when users here break our rules under those IPs they must be dealt with accordingly. Those unfortunate enough to get assigned that IP next, even if totally innocent, will find that message of a BAN when attempting to use this site. Please understand however that this in no way affects the credibility or reputation of your account and does not reflect poorly on you.

Again, this is out of our hands. You must protest your ISP.

If you suspect underage material please don't post it on the boards. Doing so only ensures a wider audience. Message an admin about it, and we will review the material and remove it if need be.
