***SITE UPGRADES***
Hey people. Just wanted to point out a few upgrades going live tonight.
Profiles
* I added a couple more bbcodes to enhance your site bio. The 'font' and 'size' codes will let you add more personality to your bios. Lets all piss off fbd, and use lots of comic sans. Some members are already using creative ways to enhance their bios. See my bio for what's possible!
* You can now have your gender verified. A small "Verified" icon will appear next to your gender on your bio, which will help end arguments like "No, really. I *am* a girl!". Details will be in the FAQ on how to verify your gender.
Uploads
* Goals! You can now earn money from each of your uploads. You'll get credits for passing certain view thresholds on each of your uploads. Those credits can then be exchanged for cold, hard cash. More details will be in the FAQ.
* Instead of showing a generic 404 page when an upload is deleted, you'll see a page describing why the upload was deleted. A lot of you out there don't understand that your uploads are being deleted for copyright violations, and not because we have a vendetta against your content. The new deleted page will say it was deleted for copyright reasons if that's the case.

PHP Programmer
We are seeking a full time programmer with a history of working with high traffic websites, must have at least 2 years experience working with the following: PHP frameworks such as Zend Framework, Git, PHPUnit, MySQL, Redis, Memcached, and Beanstalkd.
For the right person this will be a long term position of significant importance on our team, must be located in Western Europe and have good English communication skills.

What a fucking cry baby. First of all, this has been addressed in the boards here several times now. Those images were on the front page because they were the most viewed of the day, which is a process we have no control over. The more you bitched about them, the more people checked them out, and the longer they stayed the top viewed.
Secondly, we fucking removed them a couple days ago. We replaced most viewed on the home page, with featured videos. So you're bitching and whining about something that doesn't even exist anymore.
We added the currently being viewed back to the home page days ago after some tweaking to the way it worked server side. We then had some server issues that weren't our fault (the data center's fault), and things got a little fucked up. It's back now.
I've worked on a lot of sites, for a lot of clients, and some of the people here are the most whiny, little bitches I've ever come across.

Deleting a gallery doesn't delete the images/videos in the gallery. Keep in mind that you can create galleries from other people's uploads.
