How long does it take to remove SPAM? There are 6 pictures I did not give permission to put on here! I want it removed right away! I clicked "spam" but hours later noticed it's still there

Why would you think ONE person reporting something as spam would be enough to remove it? Idiot.

It's pictures of my gf and sister and friends that were put by some idiot. My gf has contacted her lawyer and wants to press charges. I told her I would take care of this and that I'm sure Motherless has no problem taking a few pics down. Moderator, could you please remove the pics? I sent few remove requests to you guys.
Thanks.

Don't want your pics on motherless? Don't send them to anyone. Once it's on the internets it's there to stay.

But the thing is I never put these pics up and they are of my gf and her sister. They know about the pictures on here and want them off! Somebody else put them on here! Don't we have the legal right to request removal? She has already contacted a lawyer but I told her to hold off because i'm sure Motherless wouldn't mind removing a few pics. Please, remove.

Thanks

This site's admins don't even cater to their own users, why would they cater to you?

Dewez handles those types of requests, but he's not likely to remove them unless there is nudity, and you can prove she's under 18. Beyond that you're fucked. Once it's here it's going to hit every website. The pictures are probably already on the hard drives of hundreds of people.

Sorry, but it's a lost cause. Even if they DO delete the photos in question, chances are they will be inadvertently re-uploaded again here anyway. As headz pointed out, hundreds of people are likely to have saved the pics already, and these same people may unknowingly re-distribute them into the public realm. Face it, the damage is already done. Change your email address, find out whoever uploaded your pics without your permission, and go kick his ass!

Would the site's admins help find the user that uploaded those pics? How would someone track that person down?

That would require a formal legal procedure. Internet service providers normally won't divulge customer information unless they are legally obligated to do so.
