Uploads don't have to be approved a second time when added to a group. Brand new groups on the other hand do need to be approved once.

We looked into it, and it very well likely is anti-virus software blocking access to the URL we server videos/images from. Don't blame us. Blame society.

They're not random. The search results are ordered by relevancy, i.e. the images/videos most likely matching what you're searching for are listed first. This is how all search engines work.
