i confess after reading about bradley coopers rigorous exercise routine to prepare for his role in American Sniper ive been motivated to get in shape as well. starting today i will begin injecting anabolic steroids, mainly clesterbol and boldenone, to body build and accumulate mass. Mr.Coopers routine consisted of working out 6 times a week however my schedule does not allow that much workout time so i should arrive at my goal in about 3 months using the alternative. i will keep this post updated.

topic starter here.
took my first injection. my ass itches like a motherfucker right now. but it feels good knowing that ive taken the first step on the road to beibg a better stronger person.

lol dude drugs don't make you a better stronger person. Instead of doing that, you need to just work out at the gym. That's how real Navy guys like myself do it. I'm not in the military anymore, honorable discharge 2003, but when I was in submarines, in port we did an hour of strength training, such as pushups and situps, followed by an hour of running, about 8 miles. We did that at least three days a week, typically more than that.
Since I got out I'm way out of shape, I weigh 168 now, and I'm 5'7". Back when I was in submarines, I weighed 140.
i guarantee even back then, every other guy was on Tren or something.
also steroids + shit diet and no exercise AT ALL give MORE results than no steroids + perfect diet & exercise. fact. look it up.

let us no when your balls turn into raisins and you're in jail cause you attacked someone during roid rage

With respect, going the short-cut way may be simpler, but going too a 24/7 gym and a friend would do so much better. Rember, Mr. Cooper is paying high bucks for SAFE training.

cooper didn't fucking work out six days a week, he did the same thing you're doing except with a hollywood doc to monitor his levels and get him pure shit, a personal chef to play tetris with his macros, etc. maybe he did do stupid constant high volume training, but when you're cycling, that stupid shit works. (which is why roiding personal trainers piss me off as they teach non-roiders to do counterproductive routines)
