You know, the morality surrounding the issue of child porn isn't really clean cut, esp. when it's consented. I mean, this would suppose that there exists a sort of sexual ethics, and i'm not entirely sure that there is. This would bring up questions of what two consenting adults can do in the bedroom, things like gay/lesbian/interracial/anal/oral/s&m and so on. where are we to draw the line. The laws differ from state to state, country to country and even county to county. The norms change for different cultures as well. Is something wrong merely because it's illegal or because someone or a group or society claim that it is wrong? I am not taking the side of relativism, but i'm simply asking from what source do find certainty in the claim that the act of uploading child porn is worthy of death? Is there an absolute truth that exists universally and eternally on the subject? I would venture to say that there isn't. Morality is a guess based on individual perspective at best. We have two choices in life. Accept or reject nihilism. Most of us will invariably reject it, but the mere light of reason alone cannot prove that we are right in doing so.
