Thirdly, to burst through the house of anyone you need to get a warrant, issued by a magistrate, which in itself would take around that time, let alone the travel to the home and let's remember, if someone has the intelligence to hack into the white house (pointless btw), he would have covered his tracks so it would have been delayed a fair bit past your 15 mins before they even knew they had been hacked or where he was from.
