...Guy, the FBI have no jurisdictional privilege in the UK..is like saying "Watch out in the USA because the Italian police might just burst through your doors".
Secondly, if you burst through the house of someone in the UK with a gun and you are not UK ARMED police, you are going to prison for a LOOOONG time. Even the standard police do not carry guns in the UK remember. Thirdly, to burst through the house of anyone you need to get a warrant, issued by a magistrate, which in itself would take around that time, let alone the travel to the home and let's remember, if someone has the intelligence to hack into the white house (pointless btw), he would have covered his tracks so it would have been delayed a fair bit past your 15 mins before they even knew they had been hacked or where he was from.
