two nights ago, i told stumpet that i was caramelizing onions

^^ as much as it pains me to give any validity to anything that that that guy says! [angry face]
i think he's probably correct at this moment.
WHY IS MY LIFE SO HARD? WHY ME?
So last night i'm trying to be a responsible adult. I'm stepping up and doing the work. I'm chopping up kale and other healthy vegetables while the onions are caramelizing. Slaving over a stove for yours. Lentils, brown rice, etc.
Making a big pot of hearty stew that has ZERO cholesterol !!!
And now look what pops up on my computer!!

I made myself a pot of healthy, low cal chicken soup with loads of vegetables. No noodles. I took the time to caramelize the onions. It was not expensive. I saved money.
So i had this delicious healthy meal, which is what i should be doing.
But later in the evening i was just like "fuck this." So now i'm having pizza and vodka.
I was cooking tonight.
I cooked fresh beef. And i also used caramelized onions, wine, tomato paste, garlic and good beef stock. I aimed for a savory beef base.
but then i added brown rice and lentils. because when combined they have the amino acids which make them a complete protein.
i also added kale and a ton of other healthy vegetable.
so tonight i'm eathing healthy.
and hopefully this will make up for all the cheesesteaks, pizza, whiskey, cigarettes, etc.
