After like half a year of research here are the infos I found about this pic: the girl's name is Mel Heflin (aka Malicious Kisses), her distinctive feature is the little clover tattoo on her boob. This photo is from one of the now defunct H&K Productions' videos and is photographed by Smyth Cotton. You can recognise their videos by the pool's unique edge tiling. Mel later went to MMP too for like 3 videos, then did a few slasher movies and now she has a channel on youtube as @MelHeflin
