I want to do this, but how do you get it out if it doesn't come out immediately? I have done BSF many times and let them go all the way and they always either walk out on their own, get cummed out or urinated out.

I've ordered that size previously a few times and only the first time did I actually get a tiny baby one like their site shows, the rest have probably been more "small" size. Haven't had luck getting any to go inside yet. Maybe that will change when this one arrives. I go for small cuz scared a larger one might get stuck if I let it go all the way inside! Don't want an ER/hospital visit!

@DrewPeacock81 - I think you have to feed them first before they'll enter without latching. I haven't tried that one yet but I believe someone else told me this. Cuz once they feed, then wait a day or two, they'll then just be exploring so it should go in as far as you let it - as in you tie off if you don't want it going to the bladder!

I don't tie off with either of these sizes but if I were to do the large I probably would. Nothing too worrisome if they make it to your bladder. You'll either cum or pee them out or a combo of both if they make it to the bladder. Soon as the weather gets cooler I am buying some more as I can't find them anywhere locally.

@slimhungkink - when I play, I get the small or medium sized ones. These look like the large size. I don't tie off and I let them travel as far as they go. You'll either cum or pee them out. I have also tried small leeches, but can never get them to go very far like they do in these other videos, usually only get in half their body length. Don't know what their trick is.
