Creature Comforts Forum   Crickets, which size for minimal damage?

I'm not a fan of pain so I want to start with the least painful size in terms of bites. What do you all recommend?

Same not too tolerant of pain but I also want some damage. If an area can be numb of all pain for several hours I would do that. lol
