I get more pleasure from recording my session on camera. How do you set up your equipment for a cricket session?
I've had the best results with a pet shop bug carrier. I milled a hole of the right size and sanded the edges of the hole smooth. I put the box on a mirror because good light is important. I put the camera next to it. Then I use a hand mirror to see the display.
Unfortunately, my cock doesn't always stay properly stiff with this handling.
I do the camera session while standing. Therefore I can only record my penis from the side and from above. I would like to film the crickets nibbling on the underside of my glans and frenulum though. But that only works in a lying position.
Many of your self made films are very shaky. It's normal when you're excited. The pictures get better if you don't move the camera. Put it down or use a tripod. You can then enjoy how the little animals move and how your cock moves.

I totally do underline that. having a tripod is best advice. Mirroring the view/image of the camera's angle to a 2nd screen (e.g. your laptop) where you can look at easily is even better.

Regarding the light: yes! a mirror is good idea as well. Using some reflecting surfaces and may be do the things outside in sunlight is helping to get more clear detailed recordings as well.

And no. I don' know about a specialized video studio close to me where you can bring in your critters, boxes and target areas and they do a professional recording of your action. :LOL: (is it a market gap?)

I understand your points of desiring feedback, and trying to produce a better video for better viewer enjoyment! I started with crickets in bottles and holding the phone. Then I added a phone holder. I could get different angles and views, but had issues with the bottles fogging, even with vents.
I now have a food storage container with a hole for the cricket food (me). I cut a hole in the top of the container and made a makeshift mount for my phone. I can sit while feeding the crickets, and can view the action on my phone screen. If I move the container, I move the camera, so I have eliminated the screen jostling. I am using a from above view to insure I can keep the crickets contained. After my last cricket session, I was thinking about adding mirrors as well, but have not figured out how one or more and maintain my container integrity and ease of cricket removal and cleaning.
