You evidently want everyone to view it or you would have messaged one of the admins to take it down.
Just message one of the admins with the link and they will take a look at it and deem if it is necessary to report.
Just remember that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery :)
If you don't find them in your upload-manager, please try uploading them again.
If you're having problems, don't upload them all at once, a huge upload session might get lost if your connection drops in the process.
After uploading, you can see the status of your uploads:
Click Profile -> Account -> Uploads

Continuing to post outrage over this member's uploads just brings more attention to them. I would imagine the views on that video alone are bringing in a lot of credits for him. Express your outrage by never clicking on his profile or uploads. That is the only way to vent your frustration. Do not give him more attention. This of course is just my opinion.

Every time this is posted the person that uploaded it gets hits from views. If you really want to discourage this type of media, then stop posting it.
Maybe you should associate with men and not boys.
I had this happen too. I checked the sender on the mail with gibberish. They were no longer members of the site.
