Flash uses local storage for caching and things alike just as your browser does but on it's own. Check google on how to clean Flash's cash for your platform. Most likely that'll do the trick. Besides that do clear your browser cache if you didn't do that yet!

Installing Flash on top of what you already got most likely won't help. Use Flash uninstaller utilities to get rid of likely corrupted settings. Google uninstall flash yourOS

That's a pretty good explanation. I had several people where the latest flash update screwed up something badly, only uninstalling flash, restarting, download+install latest version did fix it.

You did? And you know that there is no setting or config page in your browser where you can delete flash cookies? You have to go to the adobe website to delete them.

Yes, I deleted flash cookies via controal panel. Chat works now but not immediately after I did these things.

Yeah, you need to restart the flash player completely because when it's still running, it has alread loaded the cookies. Restarting your browser is the easiest way to do it.

Was in the chat rooms earlier today & then got disconnected! Ive cleared my Firefox cache. Uninstalled Flash, restarted my machine & reinstalled Flash and STILL getting a 2031 error. What else is there I can do??????? WTF is going on?
