First, you should have played it cool instead of looking all embarrassed. You could have winked at her, or just said I don't know what you are talking about while smiling. Obviously you are friendly toward each other. There is nothing wrong with a little flirting between friends. That is what she did to you. She played it cool, you did not. Now, don't be a perv and try to look up her dress every opportunity. If she thinks you are leering at her all the time, she is either going to cause problems with your buddy or she is not going to want you to hang out with them. If she leans over and her boobs are on display or she has her legs spread again, sure, take a look, just don't stare or look like a creep. If she catches you again, play it off.
