Pot + the loudest box-fan you can find. Preferably one with metal blades. I have to take one camping with me. Pot really helps though, but, it is a stimulant, so don't expect to get sleepy until you are coming down. Beer on the other hand, is a depressant, so the trick is to drink a couple strong ones, I personally endorse Erdinger, but don't go to sleep when you feel sloshy. After you get sober again, not from being drunk, but from having a couple bottles, go about your normal evening, then go to sleep. Drink water in the mean-while. You're at a panic point and you definitely need a real professional, trouble is, the pro's are mostly hacks. Best of luck.
