One thing I love about the ignorant and uneducated is that they think a p********, regardless of the party, can institute new or repeal old laws without cooperation with the other two branches of the government... No matter how racist or homophobic you beloved Donald is, if he becomes our p********, he won't be able to do any of the crazy things he wants... It all has to go before Congress and be deemed constitutional by the Supreme Court before becoming law... You might understand it best by watching those old Schoolhouse Rock specials they showed in grade school
