Be honest with her. Trust is impoprtant when you have realised she has grown to be unexplainably hard not to notice and find it very arkward around her these days. Be upfront that you feel ashamed of thinking of her that way and then throw in a bit of humor like " You are actually serious about going to a church rather than see a psychiatrist to get help or I'm going to a place that's way to hot and burn easily". You then openly and sincerely apologise for being a deviant for removing yourself to go and get immediate relief after only catching a glimpse of her naked back accidently but you were just overcome with such disrespectful thoughts that I was embarrassingly dissappointed for objectifying my own sister. Then look straight into her eyes and with all sincerety and I love you as my sister but I will seek help. Don't say another word and when she responds to your situation just be totally focused on what she says and listen very carefully how she speaks to you and in what kind of tone. This is by far the most genuine way of saying" I thank u bro ....& by the end of what she has said you will know for sure you are either dead certain to get laid or the very least she finds it all just harmless male testosterone but thanx for the com[pliments and she appreciates you respect her not only as your sister but as a woman!
