If you want to continue your relationship with her you need to let her know. Tell her you thought you were ok with it but after the fact you changed your mind. You can't be too angry at her for doing what you permitted/encouraged, but let her know how much it bothers you now and you are not ok with it. If she does feel bad about it she will understand and stop.
