Some UK ISPs are routing their customers through a small range of proxies. So when one person gets banned for breaking the rules it takes out everyone on that same proxy IP.
There is nothing Motherless can do about this issue as it is down to the UK ISPs and how they decide to control your use of the internet.
It's basically a forerunner to internet censorship..complain to your ISP..the more that do the less likely this will continue.
