Do it or don't do it but telling the GF seems like a stupid idea. Don't wreck her relationship with her mom unnecessarily, just don't do it and politely decline. I would try and get her mom to incriminate herself in some way before telling her no. That way if her mom pull some 'honey your man tried to fuck me' shit you have proof it worked the other way. A smartphone with the voice memo on during a conversation with her mom and some well thought out social engineering would do the trick.
