I'll put it a vote for big boobs! Natural are always preferred, but I'm sure I've oggled some hot fake tits and never knew they were fake. You just want to get a really, really good plastic surgeon and then don't go TOO huge. I've always thought that boob jobs are for the women getting them rather than for men and this sounds exactly like OP is saying. I say go get em done and then go show em off!
