Amazing areolas, wow! :) I would swirl the tip of my tongue around them slowly. Suck on them, gently nibbling, making the scissor motion with my middle and index finger, applying some pressure. That one she'll love! You should try it out with her sometime and let me know how she reacts ;)
And I would let her grip my hair for as long as it's needed.
