You need to get up the courage to initiate sexual contact. He's a young man, I guarantee he wants it as much as you. He's just conditioned to believe that he has to constrain himself. He cares for you, and can't bring himself to believe you actually want something sexual to happen between the two of you. You're going to have to make the move. It's going to be so great for both of you once it happens.
