I have a friend who had breast reduction and she has no feeling in her left nipple because of it. Just something to think about.

I think your tits are gorgeous. Personally I like tits that look natural, are soft and have some sag/jiggle. My GF has 38F boobs and I wouldn't ever want her to get them reduced. They are very similar to yours in shape.
