Thoughts on spit impalement. In reality can you keep subject alive on spit whilst impaled from cunt to mouth. In fantasy of course, anything is possible! Would it be feasible to insert tube down her throat into stomach to meet sharp spit inserted into her vagina and pierced through her body and then pushing combination back until spit exits her mouth? Would it be necessary to perform tracheotomy to enable her to breath?
