Need to use balls on a string or some form of retrivable device, retention can and does happen, and you don't want things stuck...then again, a good ass fucking loosens you up enough that it kinda just gets pushed out naturally afterwards, or you could of course just reach your hand in (since it fits) and try fishing it out :P
