What has that got to do with the Maldives, fascist Western fuckwads? The emissions which are clogging the atmosphere RIGHT NOW are from the 1900s. Most of the CO2 in the atmosphere originate from the West. THe emissions produced by non-OECD countries haven't started effecting the world yet. So it's a bit rich for Western nations to require the rest of us to reduce our emissions before you reduce yours.
