I was recently banned on omegle, i got told i can change the IP Address on pc so i can get unbanned. Linksys Cisco is my modem and i am running windows 8. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated

Usually turning your modem off and on again will automatically get you a new IP address from your service provider.

Ugh, ok, as first post, you MIGHT be able to get a new IP from your provider if you reset your modem, leave it unplugged for a minute.

If it doesn't work, then you're shit outta luck, changing your internal IP won't do shit... but you could try using a proxy... google for proxy services, something like this: http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/

Already walked him through the entire proxy process a few days ago.

All of my (and his) posts detailing it were deleted from this thread.
