it goes anonymous pics first. then they are approved in the order they were uploaded regardless of premium member or not. they dont get bumped ahead of regular users

I don't think thats accurate, it even says under the premium membership thing when it tells you the benefits.
Says something along the lines of "Premium members get priority on uploads" and I've heard a lot of premium members say they notice their stuff getting approved much quicker since they upgraded their accounts.

You sir are correct. Premium members often get their uploads approved within a few hours. From there mx/dewez will often preview uploads for top uploaders. From there it's all by date uploaded.
