None of her DNA was found in the room where the murder took place
THey found her DNA on a kitchen knife, but they arent sure oif the vixtims DNA is on it or not, or even whether it is the murder weopon.
The Bra clasp that they used as evidence against the boyfriend (who was also acquitted today)wasn't bagged until FORTY SIX days after they collected it.
The drug dealer who was convicted of the murder had his DNA everywhere around the scene.
The court ruled that the evidence procedures were well below international standard, at that there was a high chance of contamination.
It seems the police had a theory of who did (amanda and rafael) and then tried to get evidence to fit their theory. They didnt go in with open minds.
I don't know wheter she did it or not, but at least she was set free after such a sham.
Of course its possible that the police were biased and imcompetent, AND she was guilty.
But there isnt enough to make me believe she was definitely guilty.
Id still fuck her though, but I would hide my razors and chef's knives, just in case.

The forensics handling was made to look like a major screw up by the defence lawyers, maybe it was, maybe they know how to play the game extremely well. It was enough to introduce doubt.
Other evidence, particularly the account(s) she gave when first arrested, including placing herself at the scene (hearing screams), then later placing herself far away, pointing the finger at an innocent party, then saying she had no knowledge, cast serious doubt upon her innocence, and it was this that led the police to seek evidence to support that theory.
We'll probably never know the truth.

Why was the fact her footprint was in dried blood in the room she said she hadnt been in. Blood clots and drys up fairly quickly so if she hadnt been in that room that day or night like she said why was her footpring in dried blood?
