If you look at global terrorist activities in the past 10 years, most of them were perpetrated by the UK or the US governments on weaker, disenfranchised nation/religious groups who have no right of appeal and no media access to report their stories. And most of the perpetrators of these terrorist activities are white, middle-class Americans.
