hell no. haven't you ever heard the sublime song date rape? doesn't end well. i might take her home but id take care of her and tuck her in on my couch or something. but i guess thats why im mr nice guy who always finishes last so dont take my advice

well, if she passed out already at the bar, that would be a little suspicious looking, carrying her out.
if she passed out at my place, though, then hell yeah...
