I have seen many young girls in various states of undress in the men's room at different locations over the years. Can't sya I have ever had any dads offer them to me or anyone. Seemed more innocent but I also tried to hide the fact I was looking. ;) Anyway, I can say some may have done this on purpose to show them off since some are certainly old enough to go by themselves to the girls bathroom but I still enjoyed seeing them so I won't complain. Wish mine were still young enough and I would likely do the same with them- just showing them off to share their beauty, no offering for other acts.
