Is this the same Pres. who got his "Stimulus Plan" through by saying there'd be hundreds of thousands of "shovel ready project jobs"....then one month ago laughingly admitted that it wasn't true? It is?
Rather then being one of the "smartest" men, seems more like an "empty suit", doesn't he? And 45% of the American public still support him according to polls? That's very hard to believe.
