Look basically what you need is to be confident in what your doing, taking care of your appearance to look "decent", and not being a loud dumbass.. Don't speak too much (especially if you don't know the subject). Physical fitness is a plus, but not necessary, and be ENTERTAINING!
I would have wrote *Personality in a section all by itself, but im tired. Look, when your outgoing be funny, funny works. Just be yourself and have a good time.
