It's fine to be nervous just get it done. Like I said I was 25 when I fucked my mom and found out she'd wanted me to do it since I was 12. I was still super nervous at 25 way more so then with any other girl I've ever been with. I was still nervous even when I was entering her, it took me a bit to grasp that this was obviously something she wanted and that she was moaning and loving it. Nerves didn't fully go away for weeks though, with how society portrays incest it's tough to bring it up at all or to take obvious hints and even tougher to take the final step. Looking back you're going to wish you did it way more boldly and way sooner then you did though so you might as well just go for it.
