can someone who understands the tor blacklist help a brother out? proxy.org's blacklist is down and while i used to understand simply avoiding certain ips im not sure i understand what an "exit node" is from what other blacklist sites are telling me. if an ip is an exit node (if it is marked as YES) is it not safe? sorry for being noobish
