9 and up? Girls do stupid shit all the time and have no idea what the fuck there doing. Sometimes I think that even women 20+ don't even know what they're getting into when they sleep with somebody.
Not that they're not going to sleep around with whoever the fuck asks them anyway, but that doesn't mean they actually know what they want or what they're doing.
I think a girl knows what she wants after she STOPS fucking every guy she finds attractive. Girls who get into sex at around puberty are just following their biological impulses and generally don't have a fucking clue about anything period, sexual or otherwise.
