I, as one American, am not gloating. When one destroys a mad dog one does not gloat. Rather, you feel sorry for the illness that makes such destruction necessary, and you do what is needed. This pestilence on the face of the earth had been eliminated. He gloated for his murder of civilian Muslims, Christians, Jews, and other faiths around the world. Now, some do gloat over his demise. I view it with distaste, a necessary chore like stepping in dog shit and having to wipe it from your shoes.
