Calm down, take a second and think about a shower. Before jumping to the conclusion that he's talking about the head or something like that why not entertain the possibility that he just had to tighten a loose knob or something at faucet level? He says she bent over to explain what was wrong and a "loose collection" could just mean on the knob.. jesus, contain your rage somehow pal.
