when u say excited, you got a boner? if so, that is your body telling you she is sexually stimulating to you. I was the guy at the concert! I saw her there all excited watching and I came up behind her and looked around and saw she was free-bait. What you didn't see was me come up from behind her and first tested her to see what she would do if i pressed myself up against her. she just lst me. So next i brushed her hand with mine. She kinda let me. So after that I looked around again and then bent my knees some and pushed my bulge against her hand and moved my hips up and down kinda slow (she kept her hand right there!). Seeing she was either ok with it or frozen like a deer in the headlights I reached down and slid my hand up between her lil legs and up her skirt.
