Canada has different laws entirely seperate from the UKs that mean the same thing, i wasnt saying Canada uses Uks laws just that both countries have laws that make non-pornographic pictures illegal under certain contexts, just as under a non-sexual context nudity isnt pornography, under a sexy context clothed can be. Australia has even worse laws as theyre terribly written enough to make most kids tv shows count legally as old but as its at the police's discretion to persecute they dont as it would call the law into question.
Alot of countries have similar laws. youre not going to get in trouble unless your suspected of something else, but if you are of something your actually innocent of, say child abuse, having pictures like these on your computer in pretty much any country will probably be enough to get you convicted of something or atleast ruin your reputation and get you on a register. These pictures could be enough to get a site like this in trouble but considering the site has 1000x worse content on it i doubt it would be the decieding factor.
but the whole censor it and its ok attitude is stupid, the pic will still get deleted if a mod sees it, the pic will still get you in trouble if your girlfriend sees it. all it does it make it not actually interesting enough to counter the risk
