A massive earthquake struck Haiti on Jan. 12, 2010, leveling Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince. Wide spread looting, rape and murder broke out. Billions of dollars in money and aid..and Haiti is still hell on earth.

Mar 11, 2011 ... An 8.9 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Northeast Japan spawned a ferocious tsunami that's caused massive destruction;
Earthquake, 30 foot tidal wave, 3 nuclear plants have exploded, and there is even a volcano starting to erupt.

What do you bet Japan will be up and running in 1 or 2 years at most and Haiti will sill be a shit hole begging for handouts and freebies.

Is it racist, and idk why i feel this way, but I felt totally bad for Japan and even donated, yet I didn't really care for Haiti or even the hurricane that swallowed New Orleans. Is it racist, that's what I ask. I'm just questioning myself a bit

Yah, keep the dream alive that blacks are on the same playing field as whites and Asians. Blacks come from the jungle and they have DNA to survive in the jungle. While many of them act human when they have to, when the shit hits the fan, they will be the first to bring out the spears and fight for whatever they want, be it food, water or a piece of ass.
Alot of whites do not seem to understand this, thinking kindness and handouts will turn them into humans that are capable of caring for someone one else in need. That is the reason whites are losing ground to not only blacks but every other minority that sneaks into the country or runs out of food because of their own stupidity.
