An ex-girlfriend of mine used to do that a lot. It bugged the shit out of me since we fucked in every way possible dozens of times and she'd still pull that shit, but she came from a very religious family. She'd always relax later and apologize afterward. It's like a social reflex some girls programmed with or something. So I'm not a 100% sure that was really rape.
